Geas is a BIG defence debuff, so I don't know if even elude would cancel it.
Howvwer, if you have a tank in the team to take the bulk of the agro, it's a handy little power

Yeah, I've been known to hit elude during long AV or GM fights just because my END is low, I'm out of blues and I need the power, not because I'm under threat. Under those circumstances Geas could be a nice combo... but only if I don't end up dead.
Guess I'll get on an AV team tonight and try it out if I need it.

I found it crippled me completely if I didn't have several Touch Of Fears stacked on the target to make sure their Acc was debuffed as well as Elude running. Even then I felt squishy. I have it relegated to tab number 8 (Or DO NOT USE EVER)

I'd guess that it's in the region of a 30%-35% defense debuff.
That's judging by my Kat/Regen... If I pop Geas and use Divine Avalanche (24% ish defense buff) then I still get hit slightly more than normal, but if I stack two (48%) then I get hit slightly less than normal.
It's a *huge* +recovery and accuracy increase though. You'll be hard pressed to use up endurance faster than it regenerates even when fighting enemies like sappers or carnies.
My level 50 Human/Dwarf Form PB absolutely LOVES it to recover from Light Form's crash, since he can use it whilst in dwarf form.

I just grabbed this accolade on my /SR and was wondering about the defence debuff. Given that her DEF is her only hope of staying alive I won't be using it often, if at all, but if I used it and Elude at the same time would their def buff and debuff cancel each other out?
