I wrote an ice/ice power pick guide that has power descriptions. It's in the guides section somewhere a few pages in.
It's a very nice set with quick activation times and a great secondary effect, downsides are that it's heavy on endurance and a little low on ST damage until the 30s. At high level it's very good damage.

I have been looking for advice on ice as a secondary and havent come across anything. Can anyone help? Can someone summarise the powers for me pleae?
