It's a fake one. Like I said, it's a fake cover, so I added a barcode so it looks like it could appear in a comic shop like that. [img]/uk/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
Sorry for the double post, but I reckon it's allowed seeing the timespan (that, and I don't seem to be able to edit my previous posts?)
Anyway, any else have something to say? I didn't exactly create this for my own viewing pleasure..I'd *really* love some critis on what's good/not good.
I'll add the clean version without all the logos and barcodes, to give this post some more purpose...

my only niggle is that recluse seems to have a pig nose.....

Doesn't he have a pig nose? I remember he's portrayed as having one on all of the official renders from the game.
On one of the comic covers, he does seem to have a human nose, but it's not that rare there's mistakes in the comics. I reckon the person who drew it wasn't able to tell the nose from the reference material and drew a human nose.
Similiar things in the comics are the changing of Statesman's looks. In the first promo comic, he had a helmet instead of a faceplate, and no mask. Later on, he had the faceplat but no mask around his eyes. I also remember him having blonde/brownish hair in the story arc where all the heroes lose powers, even though in the game (in the CoH trailer, as well as in the art collection book) it is shown Statesman has black hair.
A great piece of work.
A great level of detail, the statue actually looks like a statue with some wear and tear (though in prime condition considering the smoke's hinting it being just after a battle)
just 2 little points...
the lighter, there's no reflection on the helmet [img]/uk/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
and the lighter's shadow, not sure what to make of that, which can be a good or a bad point [img]/uk/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

So anyway, without further ado, this is what I made. It's a fake cover for a possible CoV comic. Tell me what you like/dislike. Constructive critism is welcome!
