There's a ton of stuff in there that might give you problems - no early attacks, very late mudpots, low slotting / over slotting, no ED awareness and so on.

Have to agree with Filth here, at least four of you 6slotted powers, dont need six slots. Stone Skin, for one, really has no benefit beyond the 3. Rooted could do with Endu redux, or so i found on mine, maybe a recharge? nothing more annoying than losing it and having to wait for the recharge on it.
As for the epics, i cant say, not quiet there yet, but surely focussed accuracy isnt that bad on endurance? maybe replace a couple with ToHit buffs instead?
I dont know how much you use Granite either, but i found Hasten to help a great deal, especially with the recharge of taunt and provoke.
Rock Armour never really gives me that many End Probs either, i found it to be rooted doing that, maybe i was wrong, though i still slotted it with 2 Endurance Reducers, that 3rd is probably better off in an attack as endu redux?
Ideas from a not there yet Stoner, but, ideas none the less :-)

i would say, drop 3 slots from stone skin. 1 into rooted with a end-red, 2 into health and slot em. Then 1 end-red slot from rock armor into rooted, end-red.
Granite, go 3resist, 1defence and 2 endreds.
Focus accuracy is a realy end-hogger, giving each power 1 extra Acc would safe you in most cases PvE (like a granite ever goes PvP eh.. :P) Conserve can never, and specialy with GA, be perma. 3 would be max, ED comming looking for you
Final Mudpots realy needs some end-reds, having all those running end is going down fast, specialy with stone as secondairy.

I agree with the fact mudpot are taken too late, I use that to taunt mobs more than taunt itself. As a tank I feel wrong if there is damage types I can't defened agaist, wait till you get to the praetorians pure psi crew and all you got for them is granite armor! tanking will be out of the question in that situ, and try scranking with granites -damage.
I think PvP is poss for stone tanks just not in granite armor cos big debuffs will be your end, and anyway the +perception you get from minerals is very good and it is funny watching the stalkers creep up conviced you have no clue they are there, then BANG with a sizemic smash.
Granite armor for everything, unless you come under debuff or psi attack then a rock, minerals, crystal, brimstone combo. Thats how i am gonna play it

I am sure his tanker will be fantastic and i am sure issue 2 will be a solid build, I don't think people responded to this thread thinking "yeah I'll show him how [censored] his build is" I think they read it cos they found it intresting and wanted to see if they could pick up a few tips, I know I did, seeing a few weaknesses they opened them up for debate only sharing thier theories with others, that is the fantastic thing about the forums.
Oh, are you saying the Issue 1 bit would suggest the first of many builds which will be reworked? I took it to mean "wouldn't this be the best build ever if we were still in i1...."
