Bloody Bay is LVL 15 minimum you get lifted/dropped to lvl 25, you get their Via Cap Au Diable on villain side and Skyway City on the Hero
Sirens Call is LVL 20 Minimum, you get lifted/dropped to lvl 30, access via Sharkhead or Steel Canyon
Warburg is Lvl 30 Minimum and you get lifted/dropped to lvl 38, access via Kings Row or St Martial

Minimum level for the lowest one is 15 I'm afraid, so you'll have to level up a bit before you can get in.

where are the pvp zones?
and what level would be best to go ther at, im a lvl 7 or 8 blaster btw, energy blaster, just wondering where the pvp (player vs player) zones are i wana check them out.
