Villainous collaboration

As some of you know, I'm involved in a regular all-defenders team on Tuesdays, and am looking to start up something similar for villains on Wednesdays. As with the defender team, I'd be looking at a 7pm start for a couple of hours of good-natured villainy (well, the defenders aren't so much involved in the villainy part, but you get the idea!)

I had considered an all-corrupter, or an all-radiation (secondary) corrupter team, but thought perhaps it would be desirable to have maybe 6 corrupters and a couple of others to benefit from all the buffs and whatnot going around?

And so I'd like to propose the following:
6 */radiation corrupters and 2 masterminds.

I have a lvl 2 rad/rad corrupter, The Transcendant, ready and waiting, although if we have more difficulty filling the mastermind slots (which I rather doubt ) I also have a lvl 2 necro/dark mm.


As a secondary point, if there is sufficient interest in regular teams such as this for all you part timers and alt-fiends (I tragically fall into both categories!), I might also be interested in setting up a similar group on Mondays, consisting of 6 corrupters and 2 brutes - for this I have a lvl 6 fire/kin corrupter sitting in waiting, altho I also have a lvl 3 dark/fire brute if we have trouble finding brutes

Thanks to the wonders of Wednesday night telly - What Not to Wear and Britain's Next Top Model - I find myself with several hours of uninterrupted PC mayhem so please count me in.

For the corrupters are they to be Rad/Rad or just Rad secondary. Also would the MM have to anything specific - such as Robots and FF ? Finally all same orgin ?

You spec out what sort of ALT you need and I'll put one together

I'll just say Radiation secondary - I know the primary is nothing too spectacular. The only rule is get Accelerated Metabolism at lvl 4!

No specifics origin-wise.

As for masterminds, undead and robots seem to fit the theme best as they're going to be surrounded by and bombarded with radiation Conceptually I see it as the group working together because pretty much anyone else tends to die in their presence!

Of course if everyone tries to fit the leadership pool somewhere in their build it should have a rather nice cumulative effect for all involved

Finishing work off early today so a whole afternoon to think of some Radioactive villianous creation .... but only one free character slot ... oh the pain of suffering from altitist

You have a free slot?! Ok I admit it, I still have the 4 extra slots on Defiant free... not been quite so proactive in the alting this last month or two

Dr Mabuese (Dark/Rad Corrupter) is now on-call for villainus duty. Still in prison but ready to break free at a moments notice

Dark huh? Nice choice Good for a 1-on-1 in PvP - you can just make yourself untouchable, which is always nice!

We seem to be somewhat lacking in further recruits however - if all else fails I might have to resort to taking to the streets with me blackjack and press-ganging people. Come on you radiation folk, either sign up here or be forced into service after a cosh to the head

Just to clarify a little, I'm not necessarily looking for a full team, at least not initially - if I can get 4 radiators and a mastermind together then we'll call for kickoff the following Wednesday - how does that sound?

Is the plan still to go ahead with this ? If so where is the first meet to be. I do also have a MM alt if that would help the team more

Well I must confess I'm a little disappointed with the expressed interest - I guess everybody is trying to get a decent level at this stage, no time for a part-timer like myself

Well I'll be on Wednesday at 7pm if you'd care to join me - I'll just press-gang a few others into the team until we acquire more regulars I'm still at lvl 2 with the first mission on Mercy Island lined up - we should be able to just run through and do the auto-complete missions thing so that we both/all progress quickly enough.

Quick thought - I've got a lvl 12 Stalker who at present isn't in a SG. I could send him off to and register a group for this little get together, then hand over the Ownership over to the others.

Not much imagination on t SG name fron but thought something with Gamma, Beta or Quantum in

I confess I wasn't terribly fussed with creating a group - the defender team all just signed up with the SNHS, although I never insisted. We're all on each others friendlists, so it didn't really matter.

But hey, if you want a group, by all means make one. Could even make it an all-radiation group for radioactive villains everywhere to get together without poisoning each other and dieing off Could just imagine the base defences - if anyone enters the base they just die from from radiation poisoning. Who needs turrets anyway?

4 levels and 2 new powers later, and here we are again. Tragically it was but myself and the good Doctor, but we still robbed most heartily!

Well if any of our more radioactive brethren care to join us next week, we'd be looking for */radiation corrupters, lvls 4-8 - meeting at Mongoose on Mercy Island, at 7pm on Wednesday of course. Use of Accelerated Metabolism is preferred!

? Not sure exactly what you're referring to, but I did look for you at 7 on Wednesday, again at about 20 past when the doc showed up and then again at about 8. You're more than welcome along captain - the more the merrier and all that!

Looking at experimenting with another Villain, and the corruptor sounds like it might be quite interesting, problem is the times I can be online are sometimes a bit unpredictable since I work shifts and if I play too much my girlfriend starts to look all forlorn.

Since you seem to be levelling up quite slowly, or at least not as quickly as I have been trying to if I can get a corruptor created and upto the required level would I be able to join even if I'm not always going to be able to make the meetings?

Given that we're hardly lacking spaces, I really don't think it'd be a problem if sometimes you showed up and sometimes you didn't

But yeah, I figured it's just a nice little time slot for those with 'other responsibilities' and whatnot - time between finishing work and kickoff, and time between the end and bed time.
