[/ QUOTE ]lol what is there to be fixed..u cannot tp out of a safe zone....the safe zone is considered a place where u cone blue to all so tp not works...the bloody bay helipad is not a safe zone because they were designed exactly to have raids on each other bases etc. The only falw is that there is such arrangement u can get close to helipad ez with no fight.plus uppon entering zone u cannot tp out anyone cause of countdown. So no EULA breach only a design flaw.
I not take it as flame RE i just look for some things that can be exploited and report them here..if i was a ganker i wouldnt give away info like this. Some base design flaws should be addressed immediately.

Yeah Assault Rifle/Devices is so rubbish at PvP its a joke a shame really as I was looking forward to trying to some PvP with Sharp Shot but he has no place there apart form an easy kill for other players. As for TP foe as long as your not TPing people out of a safe Zone I dont see any problem with it either.

It's not that bad. Me and Doulos had a hell of a time on a building ledge. He set up the trip mines and tp'ed unsuspecting PvPers into the 'devices zone of doom.' I was there to hover above invisibly and deal with the angry return of the people he blew up and toggle drop tanks. Oh, and ask Disco King how ineffective deivces are in PvP
Devices are fantastic when played by someone who actually knows how to use them in a PvP.

I've found TP Foe to have another use, Tp'ing you away from someone who you're about to lay the smack on. I can only assume there are interrupt reducers in there, but it is a pain, there's no resistance to it at all, and assuming it's 2 or 3 slotted with accuracy, a controller can use it and queue a hold, then queue another one in the space of about 3 seconds.

AR/Dev fares better in the new PvP areas than it does inside the arena, that much is true - the guerilla nature of the zones in terms of layout means that there's plenty of opportunity for telemining - if not in complete safety, at least with a decent chance of not being spotted. With Syn's rebuild, he's perfectly suited for such (admittedly cheap) tactics - as well as having a few tricks up his sleeve, naturally, S4 was a useful learning experience.
Sadly, it's also the perfect ganking tool - with a little work. On the plus side, it's not an instant-win button, I know a few ways that exist to escape being obliterated - and if it does fail, then you end up in a potential world of trouble.
Since the advent of the new zones, I'm a lot more upbeat about AR/Dev's PvPbility - although there remain issues with AR, but they've been lessened with ED.

Well if you read my threads you would know what context i mean when i say that... An even fight between similar sized groups of Heroes and Villains, not just a single villain vs a single hero
Teleport Foe is an excellent power if the opposing side, e.g. heroes, get too close to your base - but stay outside drone range...

Have to say dont really have an issue with TP foe working on players. However am failing to see the point of TP'ing someone into a group of monsters so that the monsters gank the player? Dont think this gets you rep/bounty, but it does get the "foe" xp debt from a monster kill. Sure we all know there are monsters out there and its part of the risk/fun of pvp in a live zone. However ran into a controller last night who was repeatedly hold people then TP'ing them into groups of mobs. What are other folks opinions?

I think you shouldn't run around in PvP zones without break frees or greens.
About tping in to mobs? I think anything that someone comes up in PvP zones should be considered natural hazard. So if he thinks its fun tping me in mobs, go ahead have fun then I'll manage.

I tp foe happily, I don't care if it results in you taking a spanking, sorry, actually I'm not, TP Foe is there precisely to tp the foe away from their saftey and dump them in a hell of trouble. If you don't like it, then you go get it, any tp you can do I can do better
I got TP'd last night and whupped, after I'd done it to dozens of villains. I can't imagine taking my AR/DEV into pvp without it.
To whole heartedly agree with Syn, in PvP AR/DEVs versatility makes it an intimidating build. I have good blasts, a fast nuke, traps, mines, inherrant invisibility and accuracy buffs. I have mezzes that can be used up close or from range. The guerilla warfare exhibited by the punisher is why Doulos is AR/DEV and I love it. Don't moan about it, I'm not moaning about how uber forcefields now are, or the fact that you have 9 minions or something, or the fact that you can 1 hit me if I don't see you coming. You don't like my TP foe? Then when you see me coming run away, IF you can see me coming.
EDIT: Cheap tactic better than no tactic... no tactic get you killed, even a cheap tactic can keep you alive...

What about telekinesis? It can easily be used to push mobs into players or players into mobs.
Force bubble can also be used this way, as can hurricane.
Good knock back tools also.
