Please help me rebuild my fire/ice, suggestions?

We can look at power choices, and slotting.
37% SL defense is pretty good. You can cap melee/SL defense, but at what cost? More recharge to help healing flames? More HP? More regen? Sounds like you have a decent build (without seeing it, cant comment).
50 Tanks: Invul/ss, Fire/ice/fire, Ice/em, Stone/fire
WP/Stone, dark/dark, shld/mace
50 Other: WS, SS/dark/sc brute, BS/Regen/WM scrpr, fire/fire/force blaster, rad/kin corr, mind/rad ctrl, ill/storm cntrl
I think you're doing very well w/your current def numbers. I don't know your current slotting, but I'd make damn sure to 6-slot Obliterations in Burn and FA for added S/L def, not to mention the damage & recharge you'll get out of those (and your AoE damage will be excellent, btw). If you can afford it, 4 Kin Combats in your melee attacks (including FT!), otherwise 6 ToDs. W/Ice Patch, BA and the PBAoEs mentioned above, maybe add Fireball (or maybe Ice Storm for more slows for your Burn patch) and you'll be an AoE wrecking machine, and should be fairly safe to boot. Fire/Ice is just a fantastic combo.

Stamina at 35?!? Unless you're never, ever going to want to Flashback or exempt below that level, this build would be pretty much unplayable because of endurance problems.
My advice is that delay what you have to to get Stamina by 20. The Fighting pool can certainly be delayed until after 20, and if necessary, check some fire guides to see what the recommended power selection is for the first 20 levels.
From your use of Kinetic Combat sets, it looks like you are aiming for typed defense. If that is true, I think the Obliteration sets are a bad choice; it takes 6 slots to get a relatively small amount of S/L defense, and the set is very, very low in end reduction. That will be a killer with BAs high endurance cost. Consider replacing them with 3 or 4 slots of Eradication plus another slot or two from another set to add end reduction. That will increase your E/NE defense substantially.
If you really want to stay at the soft-cap for S/L def, consider moving 3 slots to brawl for another set of KCs. And move one of the slots in CJ to Weave, at this point Weave is very underslotted. Also, 4-slotting KC to get the def bonus is great, but it leaves those attacks low in Acc and Dam. If you can't find a fifth slot to put in your most important attacks, I'd recommend picking up the Karma +Acc and slotting it in CJ.

Sorry, I should have mentioned, this is a lvl 50 respec build! Hopefully that will clear up confusion about must have powers taken abnormally late. This is me dusting off and respeccing my old lvl 50 toon. Please consider power selection, slotting, and enhancements only, not what lvl the power is taken.
Defensively, it looks good. Offensively... I dunno, GIS is really sorta underpowered, and all your ST attacks are less than ED capped for damage. I usually like to top off my 4 Kin Combats w/like a lvl 50 A/D/R or A/D/E/R to get some better numbers on it. In FT, a Perox would be about perfect. Also, no epic, so no Fireball? And while I like 6-slotting Obliterations in Burn & FA, BA needs more end redux. And Frost only 2 slotted is criminal. 5 slot Posi's including the Dam/Range, and add a 6th lvl 50 range IO.
Healing Flames needs to be slotted as a heal, not for a weak bonus. The +regen should also go into Health, not in there. You won't get cap, but I think the following is a more functional build. To cap it, you have swap out Hasten for Maneuvers, but I think you're better off just chewing a small purple (of which you can hold 16) every once in a while instead. Note, this still has a lot you can tweak, since I didn't spend that much time on it. For example, I hate how Consume is unslotted--I'd prolly drop it altogether if I couldn't squeeze another slot or two out of somewhere else, like maybe Health. I only slot Health w/the Numina & Miracle uniques, so that's 3 slots you can free up right there, but that depends on how much regen & recovery you're looking for. Same for the 4th slot in Stamina.

That looks good, probably the only thing I really dislike about the build is no epic pool, as mentioned. But it ended up being that I would have to sacrifice ice sword, frost, and something else just to get fireball, so it didnt really seem to work out. Either way, the recommended build looks, good. I'll have to delve into it a bit more, but I think it has potential. If anyone else has any other recommendations, I would greatly appreciate it.
On a side note, is there any way to respec my build and be able to sell all of the Ios and sets I have in my build currently for market price? Or can I just keep 10 and sell them at WW's?
I decided to dust off my tanker after its firing squad from the nerf gun, and needless to say I was pretty disappointed and a little shocked at just how BAD I was. I played with it a bit already but after reading some things on the forums, I realized my build was not quite what it should be, as I hadn't taken Build Up or Frozen Aura. I am trying to get something tanker-like again. I am not too worried about an absolute ton of damage (considering i am /ice), I just want to be able to get a large group of baddies taking swings at me and be able to take it. In my mids build I hit 37% defense to smashing/lethal and ranged, and I hit 70% resistance to the same groups. Any help and recommended builds would be awesome. If anyone can post a recommended MId's build, i would be VERY grateful. Oh, I have about 600 mil influence as of now to get this build started (and hopefully finished). Thanks folks!
