Try again, I think servers went down for maintenance this morning. I can get to character select but the Store functions are offline. Sometimes it takes time to get everything up and running again.

Go to My Stuff, and set up your support account. Technical Support will help you, you just have to be clear and give them useful information. Don't get hung up on how much you've paid, how you've never got to play. Just explain the problem and be ready to give them information about your computer and internet connection.

ok thank you. It is just i was really excited to get to play this game and then i go to play it and nothing. so you got to understand why i am so upset.
ok i tried it again and still nothing. I did send s thing to the support thing

ok I am not sure if this is the right spot to post this, but the Technical support won't help me. So can anyone help me get my game working. i click on a server to play and it says the DBserver can't connect! Somoe please help, I have put 80 bucks into this game and have not yet got to play it once! I got the game and a card to play and it won't even let me play anything. I have put to much money into this thing for it not to play. some one please help i am ask up the up most importance.
