Hello fellow tankers! I am calling upon your knowledge and wisdom to help save me some time an inf. I created this build on mids, and as you all know Mids is 2 going on 3 issues out-of date. What I want to know is, is this build still going to do the same thing that I need it to do? Am I still going to be able to achieve better movement and better recharge through this build? Or am I going to end up wasting time/influence persuing a build that isn't going to function the way it's laid out in the Issue 13 compliant version of Mid's.
