Try logging out and back in again. I've had a couple badges not show up until I logged out and back in, or zoned.
Assuming that the above solution doesn't resolve your problem, it's possible that it was just a glitch. Make sure you weren't in a contested area such as near the rez chambers or it may read as progress towards Caregiver rather than Cimeroran.
That's my best guess based on what you've said - either you weren't in a good spot or it's a glitch.

I was logged out for 22 days in Cimerora but when I logged in this evening I was not awarded the Cimeroran Day Job Badge (in fact, it"s not even showing any progress toward the badge although the icon for it is in the top right corner). Since I also have the Chronologist Bodge I should also have received the Time Lord Accolade. When I reported this, I simply got a response that I had not met the requirement for the badge and that I should check the forums. I thought the requirement was that I had to be logged off in the zone for 21 days. Is there a requirement I'm missing? Any information would appreciated. Thank you.
