The door to an AE mission is always in the zone of the contact the leader of the team talks to. If you really felt the need, you could talk to the contact in a different zone inbetween missions, and the next mission would be in that zone instead.
Ah, that makes sense. I was wondering what'd happen if I just used /architect to start the story arc as well

Say I start an AE team in Port Oakes, and part of the team is in Mercy and Cap Au Diable... Could they just go to the AE in the zone they're already in (i.e. not cap) and enter the data stream in that zone?
