This came about because I forgot I had completed a Mayhem Mission and didn't return to the broker...
Make it so it won't teleport you to a already completed mission just because the mission you were going to wasn't selected as the Active Task. The mission that's showing in your Navigation Window should be the one it teleports you to regardless of you not marking it as the Active Task.
