Is messing with mob pathing punishable?

Not sure exactly what you're doing, but from the sound of it, it shouldn't be.

I'm flying in front of it so it can't path. It eventually ducks down in a series of what i assume is server stuck scripting to get around an obstacle and I get in front of it again.

Nothing to worry about unless you 'break it' by maybe sending it into the Ferry and nobody can zone out of Mercy or the map crashes or the server crashes.
And if any of that happens, then you're still not in trouble. Just /bug it and don't do it again and don't post on the forums giving others ideas about how they can crash the server. Let that be a little secret between you and the Devs.
Breaking something repeatedly or advertising an exploit... *that* will get you in trouble.

They really should make it attackable. I'm running out of creative ways of getting myself killed. An arachnos flyer fight, aside from the grandville event would be a fun way to go.

As long as you're not gaining any benefit from it and it's not interfering with others playing the game, it should be fine.

I work in a Pizza Parlor and a spa store.
I long ago learned to not assume such things without prior knowledge of who I am dealing with. It's not uncommon to get people comming into the pizza parlor, for example, asking for their pizza, which we don't have.
Never mind the fact that it quite clearly lists the street locations next to the phone numbers (quite a difference between the North and South stores where I'm at) or that some don't even notice the name of the store when look it up and call in! Abby's vs. Angelo's - same first letter must be the same chain.
I won't touch the spa store... some people don't understand basic things like "warm water can breed massive bacteria and/or algae.

I think he probably meant people coming in claiming they ordered a pizza for pickup that never did. Thats a common issue especially for chains where people think they are at the one that they called.
I used to work at a really small pizza place, we hand tossed everything, made the dough daily etc. You'd be surprised what people try to come up with to get over on you.

I find it odd that it would even acknowledge your existence. The last time I flew in the Fliers path in Mercy it just pushed me out of the way. Have they changed something recently?
I don't know if they changed anything recently. I've been playing 3 months and when i get bored i mess with the flyer pathing. Sometimes when it ducks down and i move a tad and fly over it, I can keep it on the ground for a bit til it paths around me.

In mercy I love watching the Arachnos flyer spaz out trying to get around me. Is there anything about it that is frowned upon or downright tos breaking?
