I thought there was a full costume suggestions thread, but it appears I was mistaken. Anyway, headphones for costume pieces. I'm not sure, but I would envision that there's a good many characters that could benefit from these.
I'd envision them as large, almost earmuff-sized pieces, mostly for the sake of them being noticeable. And probably in different 'up' or 'down' variants.
A headset like on Crey Agents might also be worth it, I've wanted one of them for one of my characters for a good long while.
