Quite well.

I have very few characters with Haste. If recharge is a problem, I tend to slot for it (not multi-million-IO-slot, just throw a recharge redux in.)

Nitpick..

[Hasten] is the power from the Speed power pool.
+70% recharge for 2 minutes
-15 endurance after 2 minutes

[Haste] is much better, but only available through a buff from the large crey lab equipment.
+100% recharge for 5 minutes
+100% runspeed for 5 minutes
+100% flyspeed for 5 minutes

I wish I could get Haste and slot it! lol

I never have noticed the -15 end I guess that's because my SS/WP had so many crashes that i never noticed hasten crashes.

That was my problem on my Empath for a while. Kept watching the team bars instead of what was going on. Typical result:

"Why can't I heal that person... Oh, that's me. Why am I dy... Oh, hello bunch of mobs surround*faceplant*"

Heh. I have them set to show when I select them. I only have one Empath, and I don't player her much, and mostly solo (Emp/Arch), so...
