PvE MA / WP Scrapper or Stalker?

If you want to play WP in its conventional form, go with a Scrapper. If you want to play a modified form of it without Rise to the Challenge and without Quick Recovery, but with a heal (Reconstruction) and stealth, play a Stalker.

Just decide if you want to be a hero or if you want to be a villain. Seems simple enough. Or, just make both. Though with Rogue looming in the horizon, I suppose this may not be as cut and dry.

I would like to make a new Martial Arts / Willpower toon for PvE, but can't decide between Scrapper or Stalker. Any suggestions?
