So i got bored and i want to try and get a guy to lvl 50 with out training once. So i want to no what would be the best for this job? I'm thinking maybe something that can attack fast but really have no clue.

Wow, that's quite a tough challenge. I suppose you could cheat a little and go with a mastermind, taking your 1st tier pet and either dark or pain for a secondary with a nice strong heal.

Other options might be a fire/energy blaster, taking fire blaster (best DPS of the blaster attacks that would be available at level 1 with only a 4 second recharge). Energy would give you power thrust which would give you a little bit of mitigation. Ring of fire from fire manipulation would give the most damage of all the secondary powers available.

Other than that, maybe some kind of defender? A kin with siphon power or a sonic with sonic siphon would be able to boost your damage a bit.

I tried something similar once, although I went to level 4, then went nothing but pool powers. So maybe not that similar. In that instance, I went BS/Regen for QR, a heavy hitter ST and cone attack. Went okay for about twenty levels before my buddy had to leave the game. Wasn't enough fun to solo so that guy got deleted.

Since you won't get status protection at all, I'd suggest going with a blaster since defiance will allow you to still use a few powers. I'll echo the Fire/Energy blaster. Power thrust will give excellent mitigation, along with the good damage of Fire blast.

Try a Mind/Elec, or Mind/Fire Dominator. Fast recharging mez+damage power and a decent ST blast.

If you are never going to progress beyond level 1 then it's all about preventing your opponents from attacking back. MA scrapper can give you a stun attack. AR or Energy blaster can give you a knockdown/back. Controller can give you a hold.

I've wanted to try this myself and may just do it since I just freed up a bunch of character slots by deleting old alts in preparation for Going Rogue.

Don't count your weasels before they pop dink!

Storm Kick is supposedly the 'best' attack available to scrappers, so you could give that some consideration.

go with Super Strength. Jab+brawl can work fine as it's own combo, and a tanker or a brute will get enough health to keep them alive, especially with a regular resistance in the secondary. Shield's first power is probably good for this.

Yeah, melee def + S/L res makes Shield's tier one pretty sweet.

If you're allowing the use of veteran powers like Sands of Mu and the Nemesis Staff, may I suggest Earth Control for both a hold and the -Def that it provides?
Controller holds would provide safety and do OK damage with Containment (comparable to tier 1 blasts).

For a secondary, nothing looks great. Sonic Siphon is the best offensive alternative, others are all heal auras, PFF or Transfusion.

Forget it - having one attack on an 8 second recharge and a debuff on 16 seconds would drive you nuts!

The thing that'll be tough is not, in my mind, the lack of powers, but the lack of slots. The only attack that's ever impressed me unslotted was Shield Charge. If you get to high levels, multi-aspect IO's should help, but man it'll be rough early.
