Spines/Regen is good. Go with that. HP, Damage, and Recharge are all nice set bonuses to look at.

So i have just finished IO'ing my spines/dark scrapper and fallen in love with him. I find it much more endurable to farm with him over my fire/kin, although the fire/kin is noticably faster. I considered making him a PvP build but was recently told i should reroll another toon for pvp. Spines is the only scrapper powerset i like....can any1 throw me a few pointers at some spines/x builds... I pvp with my brute and i prefer having fast heals over resistance and defence. My brute has Aid Self on a 6 sec recharge so that seems to suffice. I was thinkin bout rollin a spines/regen or maybe i should just slap on Aid Self on my Spines/Dark toon, endurance is not an issue thanks to recovery bonuses. any pointers will be highly appreciated..
