It's also a good idea to Send A Note to anyone who spams your journal page, advising them to change their password, as they may be unaware that their account has been compromised by this spambot.

Norton and Firefox has stopped all the virus crap so far. I did change my password and delete all the artwork off my account, though.. That's why I have a new one.

Yeah, I got a couple of messages. I even changed my password too, just to be safe.
I hope all of us with Deviant Art accounts have noticed that there's a spambot malware attack going on, so please do not click any external links in comments and such there.
I'm currently getting a message daily from one of our friends asking me to click a link, which I haven't fallen for.
But I just thought I'd spread the word here in case some of you check in thee and follow stuff less often than I do.
If you've clicked an external link, *please* change your password so that they don't have your friends list to spam that junk there.
