I would say it depends on the resolution you play at and the video create is at. I usually just move all the trays up to the very top and film below that then go in and make sure nothing shows up that isn't supposed to be there. That is if I am actually going to record it right there instead of demo recording.
I use Zloth's Demo Player because it automatically removes them.

also, you can go into Options, Keybinds, and down a ways is Disable UI. Set that to a key.

Demo's are fun ,as I'm finding out, but they mess certain actions up a bit.

Thank all, just one more question conserning said "Enable a key to disable UI)..Do you set up binds to do your "Acting?", emotes, powers.Because without the trays how would else would you make em do anything.

Powers should work regardless of whether the power tray is visible. Just hit your number keys, Alt-number and Ctrl-number.
But for emotes, yeah - keybinds would be an excellent idea.
What I will normally do, is setup all the emotes that I'm gonna need on a shoot on the numpad numbers. Also, I keep a notepad next to me for quick reference, since I tend to change those binds all the time.
I set up a tray of macros/power I'll use, normally tray 8 or 9 and then I just record the whole set in one go and edit it later.
