Well, check out the sticky up top called The Network for a list of commissionable artists and some examples, also try looking at City of Artists on deviantArt, where you can see some examples of everyones work to see who you might want to talk to, hope that helps!

Hey there talented peoples,
I need some help and I find myself at a loss.
See I want to get some nice drawings done for my character, in particular my main, Caios, is in need of some cool drawings for use in various applications, like updating web databases and such. However I'm not sure where to go.
This isn't a lack of knowledge but quite the opposite, there are so many awesome talented artists around here that I just don't know who to ask. So instead I was wondering if I could put the offer out there and see if anyone was interested in doing a project or two for me. Pretty much any of the characters in my sig could use some artwork, so if you're interested let me know so we can get started.
