It's regen effects toned down and turned yellow.

This is every willpower toggle running at once >_>

All you really get is a yellow pulse with every heartbeat. Occasionally, with the regeneration one, you will get a green pulse when first coming in range of an enemy. And the defensive power has a sporadic full body pulse while moving. All yellow.

This is the final tier uber power >_>

Do you feel the uber yet?

And this is everything at once, with the defensive toggles pulse.

All in all, even more laid back then Super Reflex's powers.
