Maybe when I have nobody left to do; 2nd requests are near the bottom of my Priority list:

~~PRIORITY LIST~~
Cool Looking Character Requests
Okay Looking Character Requests and worse.
My own characters
2nd Characters for the same person
Dumb Requests

Anyway:

Snowman Frost is done.

NEXT:

Jet Flash
Demon's Redemption!
