30 minutes earlier Docter Vigilant, a world renowned superhero, was killed in his study. There was one small cut on his neck, brilliantly placed so that dispite its size it disconnected all air passages. There were no finger prints or clothing scraps at the scene of the crime. Just a broken lamp.
OOC: Rules are pretty typical. You can be a villain or hero or anything inbetween. I will be the assassin who killed him.
