whats wrong with photbucket? its free...allows direct linking and doesnt hammer ya with spam. not to mention extremely user friendly. seem like a win win situation all around.....just curious is all.~

well...I wouldnt mind seeing more. Co* related or not. you have a nice style...and to be honest I highly doubt you would see anyone screamin here "hey! that's not Co* related!" if ya did.~

in regards to the hands...they look fine if a bit "old". this just meaning that there seems to be a lil to much detail in them and as such they look like they would be on someone a tad older. take this with a grain of salt as it is merely my opinion since you brought them up.

overall though...good stuff and I look forward to seeing more work for you being posted here. ~

looks good for basically just starting. as BAS mentioned, practice is the key. the more ya practice the better you get. a bit time consuming but the end results are most definately are worth it.

as such, keep the pencil moving and posting your work. the more art here the merrier ~

in regards to being to much cheesecake? errmmm, I dont think so. while it is a gal in a skimpy top the intent isnt really there that I can see for it to be cheesecake as such it really doesnt present itself as "ooo...look at me I'm a hot elven chickie"

in regards to your policy, not a durn thing wrong with it. as such, good on ya. while I would love to have a piece I can totally respect why you have the policy you do. it is loads easier to draw something that inspires us than not...in addition it is infinately more enjoyable as well and worlds less like "work".

in regards to critiques? from what I have seen we still do them on occasion, but it is not outright "bashing". to be honest critiques are typically rare, from what I have seen thus far, unless specifically asked for. otherwise most of the folks here know that everyone is on different level when it comes to art...not to mention the fact that there are a myriad of different styles out there and what works for one doesnt necessarily work for another. the critiques that are offered tend to be put forth with the genuine interest in improving said critiqued piece...

anywho (man, I rambled to long...yeesh)...keep posting your stuff ~

hehe.....I color most of the things I do/did with colored pencil. it wasn't till a couple years back that I started to use the pc for coloring. in ways I actually prefer colored pencil for some pieces...but then I suppose thats just cause I have been using them for so long...
