critiquewise: look at making the head more oval versus egg like...unless the fella is super skinny. that would be the biggie for me at the moment. otherwise its just that age ole song of practice and yet more practice.

very nice...should look spectacular when colored. as mentioned it is a very busy piece but in this case it adds a lil to the chaotic mess that is combat. thumbs up here for this piece ~

nah...keep it. it adds to the over all "cuteness" factor ~

....but the "standard" hero is Mr/Ms Supertonedbuffbody....normals aint welcome. while it would be cool to see every so often I can kinda see why it really wasnt included in the sliders or body types...cause it just aint the norm for the genre.~

in regards to people wanting to draw like ya? no surprises here...you do some mighty fine work Star, its always a pleasure to see your work posted here ~

that its...thats the key. if you can free hand an image though just by looking at it, I would say you definately have a good headstart versus starting from scratch. now you have to just trick yourself into copying that same image frm your brain directly versus looking at a reference piece...

that said...reference piece are still good to use. I would hazard to guess most of the artists here use them every so often...or at the very least for them tricky poses...

either way...just start drawing, with time...it'll come. ~
