  1. Everyone hated "The Phantom Menace" when that title was first announced and look at how that movie....oh, wait.

Hmm, not sure if I agree with the comparison here. Action and drama are much broader than superhero. A better comparison would be to westerns or sci-fi films. And we've definitely seen those genres come and go in terms of popularity. I don't see why superhero films should be any different.

Note that they're all in ".ogg" format, so if you want them to be otherwise, you'll have to convert them.

PWiki has a more complete file list than was available in the FTP site.
Thanks for this, I finally have an awesome ringtone for my new phone.
  4. As a player of more than a couple of blueside alts who are less than heroic, I want to thank Venture for all his contributions to Wentworth's. A lot of those enhancements, salvage, recipes and whatnot all came in very handy as my less noble bluesiders wreaked havoc across Paragon City.

If it's any comfort, don't worry about buying and selling goods with villains. You've been doing it all along.

Can't see the tail...because I'm totally distracted by the swords. I just checked claws weapon options, didn't think to check swords.
  6. Bravo! Bravo! Bravo!

I just got my 18 month anniversary badge and I don't mind telling you that watching your videos was one the reasons I ended up getting into this game.

Thank you for this and so many other wonderful videos.
  7. My current fave is "Sister Magnum", nuns with guns are fun to play.

Another name I quite like, but haven't played anywhere other than Test is "Steeljacket Samurai".
  8. What I'm struggling with right now is the urge to re-roll my AR blaster as a DP blaster. I've had great fun getting him to Level 30, but DP is just such a fun set to play...

On the other hand, I have a DP defender ready to go. She had been a Storm/Sonic defender, but I had a tough time playing her. I'm hoping that DP will revitalize my interest in her.

    Need? No.

    Would like? Absolutely!
  11. I ended up making about twelve alts with Dual Pistols, here are my favorites:

Tornado Rider: A re-roll of an existing character

Dog O'War: An existing character, who will likely never get re-rolled as DP

American Gun: A character, I'm eagerly looking forward to playing.

Steeljacket Samurai: I love this costume a lot, but will probably never play the character

Yep, it was exactly this easy. Thanks Billzbubba!

What if it was to prevent a server shutdown. One of the low-population servers. You'd be given a free server transfer token if you were willing to volunteer to save the server.

It would be a multi-day or multi-week event, with different campaigns to save different parts of the city. This would make it possible for victory to be a "back and forth" thing.

If enough of the city was saved, then the server would not be shut down. However, you would not be given a free server transfer to return to your original server. You'd either have to stay in your new home or pay your own way back.

If you failed, the server would shutdown and any characters on the server at the time will be deleted.

Would you risk a character then?

From an RP-style point of view, I have a few magic-based heroes who would volunteer. In fact, probably most of them. Only one or two of my villains would, as a matter of pride. Most would not, however.

Which chest piece is that, I'm not familiar with it. I wanna say "flack jacket", but I don't think that's right. If it is, then I need a new graphics card.
  16. Madame Mindbender is truly a mistress of disguise. Great work, RiverOcean.
  17. Here's a thread to show off all of your costume slots for a single character, perhaps a little description of the reasons for each costumes.

I'm gonna start with The Galvonic Man, essentially a steampunk version of The Six Million Dollar Man. His costume slots are basically optional armor pieces and galvonic limbs.

The Galvonic Man - default armor

The Galvonic Man - flight armor

The Galvonic Man - heavy armor

    The Galvonic Man - off-duty

  18. Wow, this stuff is simply amazing. I love your design aesthetics, very sharp and bright. The pieces seem to glow with energy and the styling of the various emblems is very appealing.

    Great work.
  19. Very nice work, Slyph Knight.

I'm having way too much fun with these costume pieces, here's one that I'll never play, but enjoyed creating.

Remember, the Visitors are our friends:

    Le Rapier: After
  21. My guess is that Martial Arts is a the Natural Pack. It's labeled as a Super Booster pack like the others (Cyborg, Magic and Super Science).

I never thought travel powers were that hard to get. Especially when you consider how quickly levelling through the lower levels occur.

I see your concern, though it feels a bit "slippery slope" to me. But, from a completely selfish point of view, I'm strictly PvE, so I don't share your concerns.
