They need to swap what level you can pick Dimensional Shift and Wormhole around.

90% of the Ghana players are under contract in one European league or anther. They aren't starving degenerates from some dismal third world nation as you seem to be implying.

The tier nine for the assault set is overpowered, I can't think of any assault set that has anything close to that much AOE. The ninth power should be a short range (50ft) heavy damage single target blast.

We are throwing some body in EULA jail today, first person I see running a costume contest is gonna to EULA jail.

The European Launcher has the Verify and Next Buttons on the left side of the launcher.

I think the biggest problem you'll have with Eng/Eng is AOE envy since your coming off a Fire/MM. I'd recommend going with the Elec Epic Pool and at 41 pick up Static Discharge.
If you plan to do more teaming then soloing the extra AOE will help out. -
That's the invicable ninja's build. I just thought I'd help him get more responses by showing the build.
One thing that stands out, that Numina heal you have in health, thats a pretty expensive IO to put into health, save that 10 million influence and just buy a normal health IO.
Pull one of those slots out of hurdle and drop it into Power Bolt, there's anthor 2.5% Ranged defense there.
I'd pull a slot out of Super Jump and put that slot into Stun and slot it with 6 Stupefy. That would grant you 6.25% recharge and 3.13% range. -

Quote:One of those powers is repel and the other is knockback.
Can you honestly think of any reason to take both Repulsion Field and Force Bubble?
Repulsion Field is knockback. Lets take a Eath/FF troller. If this troller immobilizes a mob with
Stone Cages. Repulsion Field is not able to move the mobs since Cages has knockback protection.
Force Bubble is repel. The same troller could use Force Bubble to move that same immobilized mob around since AOE immobilize don't offer repel protection.
Stormies have the same power varitation, Gale is great Knockback, Hurricane is repel. I would never skip those two powers on my stormies, and in most cases you can't. The powers do similar things but are different power effects. -
I pull slots out of stamina and put them into earthquake. You can get the same 5% recharge from Dark Watcher Despair in less slots and with the -tohit from Earthquake will synergize with all that other defense you've built up.

Quote:Hack what?Actuallly there is a simple reason this won't happen. Anything that can be hacked gets hacked. I know a few people that can hack almost anything and can change a not so good item into an awesome one, it's not really that hard.
Files on my computer?
It's no different then saving a costume file or story arc, it even simpler then that all we're asking for is an xml file that we can upload into mids.
Should I worry about some hacker hacking my coh updater?
The problem I see with exporting to mids is every new issue the mids team (who aren't paid) might have to update mids in some manner. I used to feel bad for the Herostat team whenever a new issue didn't work with Herostats. It's not always so easy to fix these things.
I just wish we would have gotten City Vault. -

Be careful putting to much recharge into Boost Range if you have alot of Global recharge and team with Kins alot. You may not be putting BP on auto like me, but I had to respec a slot out of BP, (its now two) since it was going off too fast solo, and teaming with a Kin it was going off constantly. This was on an AR/Eng and for my build BP was pretty important, if I found myself sitting through Flamethrower or Full Auto's animation and I noticed BP was sitting there waiting to be clicked I would experience a DOH moment.
One thing I've learned as an AR/Eng is that sometimes you don't wanna mix Full Auto and Boost Range. I'd caused a few team wipes before I realized I was hitting the mob behind the mob the team and I were fighting. -
I'd like to see the Mez Holes closed of course but I'd like to see Burn offer something close to the Immobilization Protection we have now. Have Burn grant the user a decent slow, -dam, -res and -tohit debuff resistance for a short period of time. If a player is suffering -res, against say Romans, Burn would lower the amount the player is debuffed by. Adding -Res to burn as an attack would be really cool but I doubt Castle would do that.
I wanna be greedy and suggest the same abilty be added to Fiery Embrace. 30 seconds of average -debuff resistance isn't gonna overpower the set but it would help the set manage a wide range of dangerous situations.
Thematically I don't feel it's much of a stretch that this fire I summon, purifies me and burns away my ills. -
Quote:Does Rushmore have super powers when in Puerto Rico or American Samoa? What about US military bases in Okinawa or Germany?I've got a bit of a Captain Marvel type. Jamie Mathews, 19, almost 20. Born on the 4th of July. When he was 16, he was on a field trip to Mount Rushmore when the Spirit of America chose him as a defender of the country. He only gets his super powers when he raises a fist to the sky and says 'America, give me strength!' and becomes Rushmore.
The one problem is though, his powers, Stone/Stone/Earth Tanker, derive from America.
So they don't work on the Rogue Isles.
They don't work in other dimensions.
They don't work in Canada.
So he's a guy with brawl when not on American soil. -

Bio-organic looks cool.
Bio Luminessence looks like someone took the ugly stick to it and beat it badly. -
This may not fit in this animation thread but I have always wished that Icon had a "Dressing Room". When in the costume creator I wish there was to be transported to a seperate private instance, a normal room with enough space to jump around a bit and see what my costume idea looks like in the real world before I have to pay for the costume changes.
-
I don't know what the stance emotes are that I'm gonna get when GR finally comes out.
But I think it would be super cool if I could set and change those stance emotes while I'm in the customer creator. Star Trek Online lets you change around the stance in their costume creator.
You don't want STO to be better then us do you? -
Once upon a time I wanted this but experience has taught me what is vendor trash and what isn't. Recipes increase in price by level by set amounts, there's a chart buried deep deep in the Marketing section that shows what recipe is worth how much at the vendor. It's pretty straight forward and I reckon hundreds of people have memorized the price of a level 35 immobilization recipe subconsciously and don't even realize it.
I wish there was something at the vendor that will tell me what a dumb smuck I am for selling Pounding Slugfests to the vendor all this time. The Biotech employee let me know the recipe I just sold him for 1200 is worth 100.000 at the market. -
Quote:I just wanna take a second and point out to /elec blasters around the world that you can use Power Sink on a slept mob and not wake them up. Now for you elec/elec blasters out there that means if you can sleep the mob(s) use Power Sink first, then Short Circuit to fully drain their end. If you go SC first and then PS you're gonna leave yourself open to a pretty big alpha. SC drains endurance pretty early in the animation, some of the mob will get off an attack but most won't have the endurance needed to attack you.I have an Electric/Electric Blaster, myself. That sleep doesn't do anything for him, simply because if I don't wake them up, the Voltaic Sentinel will. Besides, what can you do in two seconds that doesn't involve hitting your enemies?
I apologize for bringing sapping into the conversation it's just that to be sapper can be a lot of work. Some people think it's impossible to be a blaster sapper without constantly faceplanting. IMO an important step to being a happy sapper is just getting into the habit of Power Sink then Short Circuit. -
