I was hoping for something more edgy.

It's a zip file, just keep clicking on it till it opens a new window, in that new window you'll see a link that says extract these files.
Once you extract the files you need to find Setup.exe and run it. That will install the CohBeta on your computer. After it installs you should try to login. There's a patch and a checksum that need to be done before you can login tomorrow.
If you run through this whole process without deleting anything it's going to eat up almost 10 gigs of disk space. Zip file, the unzipped contents of the zip file, and new installation. For most people disk space isn't a problem. Just a little forewarning for those who might have that problem. -

What did Justice just crash or something? There can't be that few unhidden people on Justice if everything is running as normal.
Justice used to be the second most busiest server, if you go by red dots. This was before GDN but Justice was the only other server hitting red after Freedom. Then along came CoV and now Virtue feels all super special. Huh don't you Virtue. -
So I wonder if the people in Beta are taking this news in stride, staying calm, discussing how it's a great system that just needs a little work and is well worth the wait for I19

Well whether servers are merged or not I feel the devs should swap the way servers are displayed around. When you login it list based on load from least to most. New players maybe looking at the listing and assuming the top listed server is the one with the most people. If you assume the top server is the one with the most players and you login to that server you are going to get a very very erroneous impression of how many people play this game.

Even if PA lacked that taunt, which doesn't last that long after you cast PA. PA could still absorb an alpha, if an ambush is running down the hall at your team PA would still tie them up without that taunt if you could cast it before the ambush got too close.
You also have to keep in mind that Ill has that fear power which offers more control then anything Grav can bring. Wormhole is cool but it doesn't compare to a location drop fear power.
Edit: I misunderstood the question. If the aggro that PA generated got fed back to the troller then PA would suck big time. PA would be a power I'd skip, but I wouldn't be able to say Grav is better then Ill under those circumstances. I'd probably just feel the same way I feel now when playing Grav, I lack control and I can't believe I rolled this toon. -

That probably happens less at higher levels, but the AT could be made far more accessible by removing energy cost for powers that you are not actually using.

Stalkers are still getting hate because SOMETIMES placate isn't that great of a team power. If a stalker placates a boss and then starts his AS windup and if the time it takes for AS animate that boss turns around and kills the fire corrupter the stalker should apologize to that corrupter for dumping all that aggro on him.
This is an example of something that only happens SOMETIMES, but I have to wonder how many stalkers realize that SOMETIMES you'd be a better teammate if instead of placate then AS they went placate then Soaring Dragon. -

Death Mages in FF feared my fire/dev, I would smoke a CoT mob, plant a trip mine were I knew the mage would land at, set up time bomb, set anther trip mine on top of the first, wait, profit.

Try sending a polite tell to other players your level range that are already on teams and ask if you can join your team. Be polite, tell them your AT, powersets and Level.
