Ive been kind of confused with the idea of phase shift/intangables in PvP, from all my reading. How does Black Hole interact with something like Phase Shift in PvP? Can I isolate one member of their team with blackhole then have the rest of my team tear them apart with no aid from their team by phase shifting to join them?
