Lets me clear this up...

On one toon i have auto fire on hasten. When ever i play with him it never goes off. On a different toon i had it on my heal to get a badge but it would never go off. Now i wondering why is that.

This is making me mad . i have haste on auto fire and it never works want to try and get healing badge but auto fire didn't work. Why is it not working???

By the way it just gets fully recharge and the green circle is around it.

Question

Do you need to be that exact lvl or can you play as a 50 that is exmped to be at those lvls?

lol, sorry that was a brainfart on my part. Hasten definitly does nothing for WP, I know. No one takes resurgence? Self-rez? well, I am, mainly because I like to use self-destruct sometimes , and it would be useful for soloing. Anyway, back to the pools, I think I may go with Leadership, just because the extra Def/Acc/Dam would be a good time for soloing as well as on a team. And I find weave and tough appealing too. Would that be too many toggles going on at once tho?

Nope its not if you slot for end rdx any ways you would need to do the same for leadership maybe a bit more.

Fighting for Tough and weave. You don't need medicine because you are wp which already has lots and lots of regen so its pointless. The extra def and res is always nice to have any ways.

Can you blame them? They are probably mistreated and paid poorly. You can't assume that the medtechs on the villian side get paid/treated as well as the ones on the hero side...
