Im currently playing a 24 invul/ss tanker and enjoying it for the most part cept for the fact that many of my io sets seem to have only 1 acc in them??
I was considering 6 slotting invincibility for 3 def and 3 to hit buffs...it seems kinda gimp to build for tactics when i can jus slot for invincibility with 3 to hit buffs.
My question here is this a good strategy? i dont want to spend a gazillion on io just to hit things and getting leadership on a tank jus seems weird.
What do you think is to hit buffs worth it in invincability? -
you have more than 5 global recharges i thought after 5 it doesnt count anymore?? whats the deal?

i like this build alot!! im going to give it a try tho admittedly ill have to settle for lesser sets in the purple power sets as im not 50 nor rich enough to afford them

i tried to make a plant controller that could do damage without having to choose fire as my primary. I already have a few fire builds and wanted to try and see how good dps i could do with just plant/storm by utilizing assault, global damage,6 slotted roots and tried to stack up the hps so i didnt end up a dead duck in the water.

Go easy on me, ive never played a plant controller before and didnt quite know how to slot him so this is merely a rough draft.
Any tips greatly appreciated -
My favorite is my Mind/rad contoller because there is nothing he cant do.
Want damage? am,hold, ef...
want debuffs? Rad has great ones in enervating field, rad infection and lingering rad.
want heals? rad has a never miss heal that doesnt require accuracy slotting..
want holds and control? Mind can sleep/hold/tk them into an obvlivion.
and pvp? omg...with no io whatsoever invested mind/rad jus rocks anyway! -
hey garent could u make me a pve plant/storm build with hover/fly? id like to try n stack up rain+immob damage and adding assault could i get decent aoe damage that way?
With some io sets of course and maybe another kb io -
i got a 35 storm/psi pvp fender was wondering what to start fights with tk blast? tornado? will domination? snowstorm?
got an attack chain i can effectively use? any tips appreciated. -
The more i check your build the more i like it. All the extra chances for damage....the way swift and the run bonuses of things like performance shifter offset steamy mist -spd...
the multiple stacking of sets to get the hp + regens...
The damage is better than mine and the defense debuffs make this appear to be a much better overall build.
im crunching the numbers in my hero planner, but i already like what you've done so far, it looks very strong. -
i was trying to make a build around a 6 slotted snowstorm but i noticed in your build you only invested 1 slot!! wow..
You dont think its worth the heavy investment for pvp? -
I lost the post i made originally for this so i have to start all over again ugh.. Really could use some critiques of my pvp fender and he is mostly for solo pvp but im wondering if i should respec out of o2 boost when i get medicine pool?
he is currently 22 and i have plenty the money for io sets and would really like some recommendations on which sets will work the best for a storm/psi pvper.

Any tips or suggested greatly appreciated as i would like to get mez/hold protection strictly from io and wondering is that possible?
My main has plenty of money so that isnt a problem i just dont want to take cj or acro if i dont have to so notice i tried to take sets that give lets of status protection. -
