What archetypes are you looking for. I'm Canadian eh and interested as well. Let me know and I will see what I can come up with.

Blaster secondaries are really thin, are there any plans that we have heard of that they will be doing something to balance that out.

For example, if I wanted a more something other than devices let's say to match with Archery or Assault Rifle. Something more natural, but something different than what devices offers or at least another to match, like thrown weapons or something like that.

For Radiation and Sonic, they don't have a matching secondary power, which the other standard ones do, like fire, ice, nrg and so on.

I know there have been many suggestions and threads, but really I guess what I am curious about is are there any plans to beef it up.

I would like to see more IO sets in general. Even for lower level characters. I like the concept of IO's and use them when possible to round out my heroes.

I have tempest, which has a 20% chance of endurance drain. How do I know it actually works in combat? Is there something that will tell me it did?

Yes, there will be roleplay. Maximilian Gold is an old, old man, although you wouldn't know it. His goal is to keep the groups identities as mutants hidden, showing through actions what they are capable of rather than because of what we are. Sounds X-manish, I know.

The group so far has Gold, and four other heroes, all of whom are rebellious and disrespectful, his hope is to mold the team. Having said that, nobody needs to follow that mould, just the way it played out in our first session.

We are all lvl 7, so either you can create a hero and roll with us thanks to the new SK'ing, or play your hero to Lvl 7 and meet us in KR at Blue Steel on the 28th at 9ET.

All three of you are welcome, and that will put the team to 8.

Mutant Dream, DocMidknight and Perdix, you are more than welcome to join, just look for Maximilian Gold. He is one fly mutant, and don't mess his suit..............One more note, at lvl 10, I will be looking to create a SG, or at thereabouts level. The idea for the 28th is to finish radios, get temp travel, then run Wincott. Would like to hit as many zones as possible. Run contacts in Ouroboros for those we out level. I want to hit content, Run TF's, and in general, have a kick a** RP experience and just some good old fun.

We currently are a team of 5 mutants, 2 tanks, 2 trollers and a blaster, all level 7. We started on January 14, and will be having our next session on January 28th.

The scheduled times are each Thursday at 9pm ET, playing 2 hour session weakly. We are a team of mutants, led by Maximilian Gold and we are looking for a blaster and scrapper, of mutant origin to join. Let me know if you are interested.

The idea is to play content, radios for temp powers as agreed upon by the team. We really want to get through the content, which might involve using Ouroboros at higher levels. Let me know if you are interested.

Is it possible to create watered down versions of melee pools as secondaries for scrappers. Really it would apply to those heroes that have blasts, but also want melee sets, the difference, is that the melee sets might also include watered down versions of resistance and defence.

So let's say a karate kick, resistance and defence, and really this is so you don't have to resort to power pools.

I really am thinking about rifles, dual pistols when they come, and archery. But even those for heroes that want a blast primary and a melee secondary.

Next question I have then, is it smart to use the same IO sets across multiple powers?

So I would get the benefits of the 10% defense, but not necessarily for example, the 1.88% Negative Energy resistance (not sure that is one of the benefits, just saying).

I have Tempest slotted on three blaster powers, one of the bonus effects is 2.2% sleep resistance, so for the three total 6.6%. Would I get that full benefit? It also offers 2% damage increase for each set, so x3=6%, do I get that benefit?

Sorry for my ignorance.

Is it ok, for example to use the same melee IO set for all of your melee powers so the bonuses stack?

Let's say Gift of the ancients, if you have more than one defense set, or Tempest, if you have more than one blaster set?
