I liked the original comic mroe for about the same reasons. It was about the regular heroes, climbing up the ladder in Paragon. It was essentially stories about the characters we play. It was a bit more personable. (And I liked the art style a bit more.) The new comics are just trying to focus on advancing a story line for the whole game, which is nice, but doesn't grab me as much.

Well... technically for a human, yes, they are very small. But also consider that a human would need a ridiculously thick collar bone to go with wings... So the artists just artistic liscense. I think they look fine, actually. I am also hoping for half-sized wings, but I doubt they'll be in i8 if they do make it in at anypoint.

I'm gonna have to agree with what's been said already... both pieces are nice but the second outshines the first.

Worse actually; it's hard for me to make up the really bad stuff. I just want.. ya know.. real English in request emails. Forums are quite different.

A great chunk of my original characters have wings in some form or another. Funny tho', I don't think any of my characters converted for City of X were supposed to have wings. Anyway.

What I find funny about animated wings is.. the flying feathers! I mean, I love wings, yay, but are flying characters always moulting or something?

I hear you on that one, and second a lot of your thoughts. I don't dislike people for wanting free art when someone posts 'Free sketches!' but I would also not be getting in line for one.

And I tend to avoid art trades, because I've been shafted on them so many of them. So either something sparks my interest (or ire) and thus art, or I just stay quiet (art wise). I figure... eventually... people will have the interest to go find my stuff on their own. I feel like too much of an attention hog for starting a new forum topic.

You've taken the idea of the best horror zombie movies and put 'em in one image. I love it.

Unless I have a question I need answered (Guides!), or am curious about a change on Test, this is the only forum I visit.

I'm here to have fun... I don't want to deal with the bickering and whatnot in the other forums.

I do both, depending on the situation. Tho' I haven't seriously inked a piece with the real stuff in a while, my method is usually to use a lightboard and ink on a fresh piece of Bristol with the sketch (or a print of the sketch) on a piece of paper underneath.

Otherwise I use Painter to ink, as for me it gives much crisper lines and control that Photoshop.

I have an assortment of ink pens, but I usually end up using an ink bottle and holder with nib for real ink stuffs.
