As long as you have a subscription to the game, then you should be able to buy the booster packs and benefit from them. You don't need anything special to use more booster packs.

PvP is still here? Had some PvP action in RV when I went after the RV Hero/AV badges, but recently I haven't seen any action in Siren's Call. Warburg and Bloody Bay seem to be just for Nukes and Shivans.

Although hunting for badges in zones can get rather annoying when you have the same guy attacking you in the zone when you are hunting Warriors. I would say it is childish or not depending on if Player A was being constantly harassed by Player B. If Player B just killed Player A once, then it is completely childish, but if Player B just went after Player A even if there were other targets, then it is not childish.

With these bios, it is hard to call Praetorians evil. With the Hamidon Wars, it made America harsher. Therefore, certain liberties that Paragon City took for granted no longer exist in Praetoria. People are willing to give up certain freedoms for securities.

I wonder how much change will happen to the current Praetorian story arcs since we have the Seers and Mother Mayhem's current mad children.

That power only seems to be useful for avoiding patrols and PvP. Will getting a prepurchase (early Demon Summoning and Dual Pistols) allow us into the Tier 3 Closed Beta Invite or is it for just preorders?

Should be just the henchmen powers. The only effect that end reduction in upgrade powers has is to reduce the endurance cost of upgrading.

Most of the time I was on a failed MoSTF run with my Broadsword/regen, it was someone else that caused it. There are better powersets and ATs for a Mo run, but it is decent enough for a decent team that takes it slow and works as a group.

Good catch. It looks like it is for the Academic History badge which has a plaque in RWZ. Therefore, it looks like the game is already registering badges for both sides in preparation for GR. Might be possible to get the RV hero or villain badges by getting confused.

I currently have 4 Dark Watcher's Despair (To Hit Debuff IOs) with 2 recharges in Dark Servant. Never noticed Dark Servant not pulling its weight with no accuracy.

If you can slot an enhancement into a henchmen, then it can affect their powers. Although I think global recharge only affects the summoning aspect of the henchmen power instead of their powers.

I can get 12 points of Hold with my Ninja/Dark MM and that is if Fluffy is on the same target as I am. I would suggest that since 50 people are required to defeat Hamidon and 8 people are allowed in a TF, then give Hamidon 6 or 7 protection since 50 divided by 8 is 6.25. Not sure how bad Hamidon would be if every single stat of the weakened hamidon was divided by 8 compared to regular Hamidon with a few changes here are there to make it more suitable.

So I assume you got got Disruptor from the old bug where it was for running a PvP mission?

Triforms are probably the most powerful especially if you have enough recharge to keep eclipse permanent.
