Here is the Syfy press release for the season finale.
Quote:The final season culminates with a dramatic conclusion for the fate of the Destiny crew, who face a difficult crossroads when they realize the time has come for them to take a risky stand ... or they will be left adrift forever." -
I heard that if the show is in jeopardy, then they make the season finale to be able to fill in as the series finale. Quite a few of SG-1's season finale could have ended up as Series Finale since they weren't cliffhangers. Of course, not all shows follow this policy.
-
If you have spent quite a bit of time on defeating Spectral Demons, then chances are that you have summoned Caleb. It is just a matter of finding him. I am not sure if he triggers the global monster alert.
-
It could have a Science Fiction flavor to it by creating very alien dishes shown on SF shows and movies that actually taste good.

Thats why I put temporary in quotes. Although it would be cruel, I would think it funny if when Rush is 60 that he finally solves the problem. Chances are that they will meet the all-powerful aliens that were referenced early in the season that fixes everything in the Series Finale.
-
Eli and Gin appear to be highly intellectual people so while not being able to touch is a major inconvience, they can still have a decent relationship. Being able to talk and see your dead girlfriend is better than meeting your dead girlfriend and having her die again. Besides it is only "temporary" so they believe it to be fixed soon.

Greer has always been my second favorite character on SGU. The first has to be Rush. I attribute Eli's and Rush's girlfriends appearing now rather than earlier due to either Chloe doing some weird alien thing or extended problems due to the Communication Stones not working properly. Had a scientist hack the communication program and might have messed up a few things like activate the emergency preservation device or something like that.
When Gin first appeared, I thought it would be another "Lets mess with Eli" episode as in have a dead girlfriend appear, then get rid of her at the end of the episode. -
Two dead girlfriends come back to life in this episode. Has to have one of the creepiest and happiest endings for an episode that I have seen. Unfortunately, the communication stones are back in business and Telford is back.

Actually, I would care for less craftable drops since they drop too frequently and take up space in my recipe storage. More uncommon and rare craftable drops will be good, but no more common recipes.
-
Not necessarily. It could be the same thing as America sending supplies to places like Haiti or Japan that have been hit by massive devastation. Now if Praetoria City sent people to persuade the people of New Vegas to join up with Cole, then you would be correct.

Quote:I consider nukes and pets as equalizers. Sure there are some teams that don't need either, but not everyone is that skilled to run it. I would consider myself as a medium class player. Know enough to not be a noob, but not enough to know the optimum place to be and which power to use to keep myself or others from dying. Therefore, it is nice to have the added advantage of nukes for more difficult encounters. Although I haven't used a nuke in years and I have done plenty of endgame content which just shows how useful nukes are for most situations. I remember that the "only way" to defeat LRSF was to use the nuke and shivan method. Now people don't even bother with nukes and hardly ever use Shivans. While I'm quite sure bio and chem nukes would help any team get the Dodger badge I'd hesitate ever claiming that Warburg nukes are actually "needed" to get it.
Just a few days ago I was on a team that threw out a few Shivans, HVASs and a couple of other pets but used no nukes and we still got the badge. True we did not kill Director 11 quite as "instantaneously" as I've seen him killed during other runs, but it can be done without nukes right now. I suspect as time goes on when new things like Lore incarnate pets become available this badge will be that much more "doable" without nukes. -
Quote:Not quite. It is impossible to get that outfit since there are no gun/sword powersets, but can get pretty close to it. For the fashionably conscious warrior, the weapons are a part of the outfit. If their weapon clashes with their clothing, then they have to find a new weapon or outfit. However, I did notice that the outfit the main girl wears can be easily replicated with the CoH costume creator.

Quote:Actually Praetoria does not force people to be evil. On the Warden side, there is Tunnel Rat, Jessica Flores, Luke Larson, Dr. Arvin, Seer 1381, Aaron Walker, and Penelope Yin. On the Responsibility side there is Cleopatra, Washington, Warrant, Kang, Alec Parson, and IVy.At least with Statesman and Recluse, you know where you stand and can do your own thing accordingly. In Praetoria? You're forced to be evil, ultimately. Praetoria offers you no other choices.
Even some of the Praetors are not evil. Antimatter just has bad taste in women and Bobcat has bad taste in guys and seems to be a ditz. Dominatrix, Diabolique, Mother Mayhem, Malaise, and Infernal are rotten to the core. Siege and Nightstar are programmed so it is debatable if they are evil or not. Not sure where to put Cole and Neuron. Praetoria is not the mirror universe version of Primal Earth, but an Earth where things went very, very wrong and certain people had to make difficult decisions that ruined their innocence. -
Just watched it today and I liked it. Sure there are better movies, but the different styles of action were cool. It is hard to pick a favorite action scene for that movie. The samurai one, WWI one, or the others are both interesting in their own way. I find the movie to be about a broken woman that has been damaged by the people that were supposed to protect her with her perceptions altered to believe that she is in a speakeasy. The action sequences are merely her desire to be able to protect herself from reality. The only thing lacking in this movie is a scene showing the main character gets revenge on her stepdad.

Just realized that I forgot to launch my chem nuke so 2 confirmed bio nukes and maybe 1 chem nuke is needed.
-
There are already female pets in game. 4 females from the Soul Mastery PPP and 4 females from the Lore slot. There is also the Amy Ward temp power. As long as the costume options are limited enough to not allow the female pets to look like slaves or prostitutes, then there is no problem. There is a problem with not allowing female pets. It is called Gender Discrimination. Just the other day my Ninja Mastermind had to deal with a protest from female ninjas. He told them, he could do anything about it and redirected them to the Ninja Employment Center.
I would like generic styles for henchmen like the choice between regular ninjas or cyber ninjas or the choice between steampunk robots and regular robots. I am not asking for full customization, but the ability to choose from different models. -
Was able to do it with just 2 biological mutagens and 2 Chemical Burns. Had about 4 rads on the team so that might have helped
-
Just got this badge today and there was only 2 bio nukes, 2 chem nukes, a bunch of Shivans, and 1 or 2 Vanguard Heavies. Half of my team died in the first few seconds due to Malta and Director 11. Our team waited out the clock, dealt with the ambushes, and spawned our pets right on top Director 11's spawn point. I know I used the Raptor Pack and Hyper Phase after I launched the chem nuke. We had to redo the first mission for the people that missed Hacker after we finished the TF.
-
Have to say it was an extremely successful run for my team. Two of us had the chemical and bio nukes and we were able to take down Director 11 without any of the mines hitting. Think half our team died before any of the mines were laid. The bio nuked Shivans and Vanguard Heavy made short work out of Director 11. Giving a lot of us Master of Tin Mage. We waited until the timer went out so most of my team and Turbospeed did the first mission for those that didn't have Hacker.
I love these new Master of badges. No worries about dying or bad feelings and no restriction of temp powers. If only they would modified the older level 50 TFs to have similar requirements. -
The whole female henchmen not being allowed due to them being perceived as slaves idea is idiotic. This is the 21st Century where women can chose any job they wish. The devs should come up with a few model types for each henchmen. For example, futuristic ninjas in male and female styles and a classic version for female ninjas could be two styles for ninjas. Steampunk, classic version, and a smoother and more futuristic version for robots. As long as complete customization is not possible and players are restricted to picking approved models (no scantily clad females or males), then there should be no problems. I have been stuck with the same ninjas for years and the grey genins have to go since they are too boring. Jounin can get an update to their style to look more futuristic IMO, but they are not as bad as genins as far as look goes. Not sure what to do with the Oni.
-
For my Ninjas, I would like female cyberninjas. Here are some examples that I have found.
Being able to pick the look of the henchmen from a few different models would be helpful and might be more feasible than complete customization. I suspect that some work will be done on it soon due to the poor reception that Lore pets have received. If pet customization is allowed for Lore pets, then henchmen should get it as well. -
As soon as GR was announced, I scrapped my hero badger. It is just annoying that she has all the Shadow Shard TFs done, but my villain badger had a Master of badge and other badges I didn't want to try for again.

Scott seems like the jealous Ex that is trying to get his girl back from the guy that stole her and doesn't care who gets in the way.
Scott: Cole is a wuss since he couldn't save a hospital. Dump him and come back to my place.
Mayhem: A hospital that you destroyed. My mother was in that hospital.
Scott: Um. Errr. Nice weather we are having.
Mayhem: This is the reason why I dumped you. -
I just waiting until they start using transparent actors since there is nothing more white than transparent actors.
