  1. If you can't find someone forming a trial in RWZ or Pocket D on Freedom during the day, then you have to have bad luck at finding them. Others are in the same situation so I would be surprised if you can't find someone.

If you enter any trial without the Alpha unlocked, then you will work to earn it before the other slots. However, you can skip Alpha, Judgement, and Interface powers as far as slotting them and slot the Lore and Destiny slot first. Alpha is easy to unlock by doing Ramiel's story arc so it should not be unlocked during the trial.

If you plan on playing solo content, then you might as well kiss very rares goodbye. There should be others in the same boat that play before 6:30 PM.
  3. Nullifier Gun from villain contact?

    Void Hunter Rifle

    Rikti Rifle

    Arachnos Shotgun

    Ghostslayer Rifle

    Dimensional Grounding Ray

    Don't have pics for:
    Thermite Cannon
    Nullifier Gun
    Orestes Rifle
  4. Doing a Successful BAF and Lambda each day will give a very rare component in 15 days. That is 30 successful runs in about 2 weeks. Therefore, you can get the very rare components in just 2 months of completing both trials every day. Now you need just 8 rares, 8 uncommons, and a bunch of commons. If you can't get 8 rares to drop by doing just trials, then you should be close or at least have enough uncommons to craft the rares. Some people will be able to craft their very rares in less than a month because the RNG is good to them. However, the minimum amount of time to get all 4 very rare slots assuming rares and very rares never drop is 2 months.

I would suggest the first two rare slots you get is the rare Lore and rare Destiny slot due to the Incarnate shift. Then you can bother with getting the rest to very rare.

Using the shard way would be too costly and time consuming. You have to wait 20 hours each day to convert 10 shards to 10 threads, the drop rate for shards is lower, and you don't have access to astral merits and empyrean merits, and no access to the reward table. The best way to get iXP is to use the trials or a combo of threads/defeating mobs.
  6. I always thought that shards were the universal currency for Incarnates. Threads are for the first 5 slots, some Currency X is for the next 4 slots, and Currency Y is for Omega. You can convert shards into threads, Currency X, and Currency Y, but you can't convert threads into Currency Y, threads into Currency X, or Currency X into Currency Y. Also Shards are the incarnate currency that is only available in the non-Incarnate Trial section of the game. I don't think that Shards will ever be phased out since it has its use of being earned in everything, but trials.
  7. Cryonic and Ion have a 25% chance to apply a Mag 4 hold so that should affect everything, but EBs and AVs.

Ah well....the previews for the next show doesn't seem all that great but we'll see
If they are stuck in Quarantine, then there should be other nasty programs in there as well. There could be an episode where Gin and Amanda have to deal with other nasty programs that are trapped and find some way to escape by their own power or by contacting Rush and Eli. One of the trapped programs could be a former member of Destiny's crew that knows everything about the ship. The series finale could be getting that program to help them establish a permanent connection with the Milky Way through the Stargate or some other means. The series ends with Destiny flying into the sunset or nebula as the case may be.

The difference is that they are either deluding themselves or are not a local god. It is surprising how many Electric blasters believe they are Zeus just because they can throw lightning. Being crazy and powerful just means that people are less likely to point out that you are crazy.

I actually believe that Prometheus is Dr. Manhattan, but got yelled at by the other omnipotent beings for always forgetting to wear his shorts. I haven't read a single myth that stated that there was blue greek gods.

League has to get all 10 acid grenades and not use any. Chances are an acid grenade was missed or else someone used an acid grenade. You don't get it if you personally didn't use an acid grenade. All Trial badges are based on League participation not individual participation.
  11. No for Reichsman. Sure Kahn is nice and quick, but Barracuda is impossible for some teams that don't have a Defender or Mastermind. In other words there would be more Devs hate villains complaints to this change. If there is any change to the WST it should be for the new SF and TF since it is a level 20-40 TF and most people with 50s are busy doing iTrials and haven't done it yet.

I imagine Eli is annoyed because his girlfriend has effectively gone to the Yukon (Canadian territory by Alaska) where there is no access to phone or internet. She is still "alive" in some form and for all we know, Eli and Rush just need to find a program to get access to the Quarantine section. If there is a Quarantine section, then other programs might still be there. Make for a decent episode of releasing some trouble along with the dead girlfriends.

Eli is not completely screwed over. It is not like he can't see her again. Wouldn't be surprised if Eli and Rush try to move their girlfriends out of quarantine and a few former members of previous crews tag along for the ride.
  14. Can't tell due to Hulu being only a US thing. The Internet is not supposed to have these idiotic boundaries.
  15. Linux might be the way to go if you are willing to deal with it. Might be awhile before Cedega has support for I20 if doesn't have support already. Just need to make a dual boot system. The Technical Bugs section could give more info on how to do it.

I don't blame the police, this is just the reality of what happens when someone is shot...I just wish I could have done more to help.
That is what first aid is for. It is not to cure a person, but to keep a person alive long enough so that paramedics can stabilize them.

I would say that they are not a civilized human and no better than a wild beast. I am half tempted to classify those people as not human. Common sense dictates that you should help your fellow man if there is no danger or significant cost to you. However, common sense is not common. If I was a cop and came across that scene, then I would arrest at least the people that are entertained by the misery of the victim.

    Sucker Punch

The problem with Sucker Punch, Watchmen, and other similar movies are that they don't have mainstream appeal. The first week has people going just because it looks interesting, but they don't get it for some reason so tell their friends not to see it. It doesn't matter if it is the greatest movie in the world, but if most people don't get it, then they won't see it.

But when the sh** hits the fan, and people need help, sometimes waiting is just as good as letting people die. Danger isn't insane. Standing by and praying for the best when you *know* you can do more is insane.
It is based on ability not intent. If you can handle yourself in a fight or have the proper rescue training and want to help someone from harm, then they should help, but if you are an average person that can't do anything, then take a photo of the crime in progress, run away, then when it is safe to phone, call the police. All rescue training involves making sure you are safe before rescuing someone else. It doesn't make any sense to try to save someone in a sour gas leak if you are going to collapse from being poisoned. Instead of one person to be rescued, there is now two.

Didn't need a costume to do that. But there is a reason why they wear a costume and not some outfit thats main purpose is to protect them from danger. I have to agree that some humans are no more civilized than a bunch of animals. Actually, scratch that. Some humans are less civilized than a bunch of animals since certain animals would protect their own. A possible reason for the thirty people watching might be due to America becoming a voyeuristic society. We are constantly bombarded with youtube, reality television, sitcoms, movies, etc. There is also the problem that the more people that are present, the more likely someone won't get help since everyone assumes that someone else will do it. A possible way to fix this is have the Good Samaritan Law enforced where if a group of people don't inform the proper authorities about a dangerous situation, then they could be charged. There should be no reason for people to become RL Superheroes unless they are insane instead of only partially insane.

    RL Superheroes?

I don't like the term real life superheroes to describe these people. There are hundreds of ways to make a difference in the world and they are more attention seekers than people who see a problem and want to fix it. You don't dress up in a costume unless you are in it for the glory. If I was more courageous and active instead of valued my life and lazy, then I would volunteer at such places like youth homes to help give troubled youth a future or work as a fireman, police officer, EMT, social worker, or a similar occupation. It would be more effective at helping people than patrolling the streets at night in a costume.

I have more respect for EMTs, police, and fireman than I could ever have for these people since it is their job to put their life on the line to protect other people. Now if they stopped a nuclear reactor from blowing up, stop a serial killer, or any of the plausible stuff that superheroes do, then I would have respect for them.
  22. I have to agree with GG as well. Going Rogue introduced Side Switching, new powersets, 3 new events, 20 levels of content, and 4 new zones. It also was supposed to have Alpha until people complaining it needed content.
  23. Tomorrow, I will have to not believe any news I read. If I was an alien commander bent on destroying the Earth, I would attack on April Fools since a good portion of the world won't believe that Earth is being invaded.
  24. Certain areas require fly or teleport. Grandville and the Shadow Shard are the only places that require such travel. Luckily, that is where you can buy jetpacks.
