I don't see why you would want to skip it either. You will get all the powers you will want to have and you will be able to fit it in.

For an example, I used to team with another necro/dark mm, he would have to stay back and rest 1 time per 3 mobs or every EB/AV, I didn't.

Thats how the rest of the group we team in keep the damage up . Me being an AOE corrupter likes the mobs locked down as much as possible.

Now if we could only get the brutes to slow down and mop up

I personally didn't find anything challenging about playing a necro/dark MM solo on lvl 3 from the moment I got my first set of SO's. Even on lvl 5 the times I died where minimal and where mostly due to inherent pet problems.

I guess I just like to play as close to the edge as is possible, and thats the way I like to play with all my alts. I find thats the way my friends and SG mates like to play also which does suit me.

Please dont think I am having a go at you MAX our playstyle obviously differs and thats fine.

I have heard teams asking people to up the rep more than I have heard them ask to lower it. Which makes me believe the vast majority of people like to play as close to the edge as possible.

I did state twice that I could solo on relentless with my MM and was probably spoilt with that.

When you where playing your necro/dark MM solo, what setting did you have it on MAX.

You need to have it on Relentless to make it fun, and thats a fact because anything below relentless is no challenge at all to a necro/dark MM. Apart from AV mishions.

I have thought long and hard about this and I have decided to keep my precious respec until lvl 42 and respec then.

1. To get shiney new lvl 45 SO's for near cost price (SG Mode)

2. This will give me time to test my corrupter on the test server with the respec.

I will just team at the moment and if a team is hard to find I will go onto test from time to time.

One of the things I will test. Capt. I had the same problem with Fire breath to start off with as the power is situational and not worth the end drain to use when solo but its AOE damage (on teams) is too much to drop it just for solo play.

These are things I am currently thinking about for my respec although I think I am going to be forced to take Mu Mastery for the PPP to get power sink after I take my shield.

Thanks for advise folks, but it looks like im just gonna have to get used to the fact I will not be able to run solo on relentless EVER, unlike my mastermind. I do however think I can improve my solo play on vicious.

Being in a team is not an issue with this corrupter but solo is proving to be a bit of a nightmare. Soloing I am finding it difficult to complete a paper mish without a full tray of insp's and uing demonic accolade on the vicious setting.

I can complete it going very slowly with the Rad infection pull behind line of sight method, this has been the case from day one but now with me being lvl 38 I thought it would be much easier to complete paper mishions on the highest difficulty NOT A CHANCE.

I team as much as I can but there is not always teams available at my lvl, so to fill in the gap I would like to do papers as the bigger story arcs are a pain to solo and I wait for a team to complete them.

Done it last night.

Make sure you's are all even lvl or Lk or Mal. to even things out no more than 4-5 people and you can do this in an hour without a problem. Set it on villainous.

Daylight

Solo has now been forced on me as all my past team mates have all spread out after hitting 50, and at lvl 30 there just aint the same amount of people online at the moment 9.00pm-12.00pm.

On my Fire/Rad I find it very possible to solo on vicious at lvl 30 but it is slow and perilous.

To give a comparison albeit on my MM, I could solo him on relentless and fly through mishions in about half the time.

I really hope that this corrupter will have a better 'feel good factor' at higher lvls or I might lose interest.

Im gonna run the Exterminator badge tonight, (born in battle accolade) so if anyone has any interest please let me know.

I had some great fun in sirens last week with my necro/dark (getting badge for Born in Battle) and found myself having fun. I used to hate getting ganged perminatly but after a while ya can catch on what tactics are reqired to have a better than good chance. I will definately be respecing with a mind to PVP/RSF now I am 50 and not much else to do. Trial end error, and erm HOLDS man use the holds.

MM's are now getting slightly better at PVP thanks to bodyguard.

I would love to be part of this, timewise (as I have to goto work on friday) can you give me an estimate of stopping times I will not be able to play through to the early hours, 1.30am to 2.00am is my max.

I would never leave a SF so need to know before I start one that I will still make work on Fryday without blood pouring from my eyes .
