Ok neither of the the 2 chars I ran in the test event or the 1 I have on test have either stamina or leadership and tbh I've never noticed any problems.What I did do is take medicine,stimulant to stack mes protection on my PvP teammates and Aid self to keep myself alive.
I feel you can get away without tactics as the enforcers own seems to work perfectly well, just slot them with 2 tohitbuffs and they just don't miss.As to stamina just include an endrec in your slots and you'll be fine.Oh yes one thing I did was take swift and 3 slot it you'd be surprised how fast you can be with no end cost.Hope that helps,I have to say i found the RV test event very useful for getting a solid thugs/poison build.

Your build should work perfectly well Spad,just a couple of issues that came out of the Recluse's Victory event.
1.I'm not sure you need the fitness pool I fought in a few massive extended pitched battles without running into any end problems.
2.I took the medicine pool,specifically Stimulant and Aid Self,one to back up Antidote allowing easier stacking of mes protection and Aid Self,slotted 3/heals/2interupts,to keep myself alive,very useful
3.I prefer flight so I took Air Superiority,a massively underated attack and flight simply that vertical dimension is so important.
4.I also took swift but purely as a way of speeding up travel,3 slotted with run speeds.
This worked fine for me and lead to some very surprised Granite Armoured tanks
I would also suggest that your minoins really should have 6 slots;
Thugs 3acc/3dam
Enforcers 2acc/2dam/2tohit buff
Bruiser 2acc/3dam/1hold
I personally always slot with 3 accs this is because my chars are intended to visit PvP zones.

That's on Sang Veneneaux anyway,I've not completely decided on Cap'n Katy's yet.

Having got mt test char to 24 and played 2 versions at the event I'm going poison,probably with 2 chars may be with slight differences between them.Silver Spirit's thug MM will be Trick Arrows and again having seen it at lvl40 it does work really well
What I would say is I do think that taking medicine to get stimulant and Aid self would be well worth while if you intend to do any PvP.

ah well in my insanity I've tried this
I have got a completely petless MM to 12 I wanted a villain with a bow but tbh the awfull end cost and low damage defeated me.That and people not wanting to team with me ..no idea why cos the poison set is an awesome secondary .
The real problem was that faced with 3 even lvl cons I would run out of end so lvling was ridiculously slow,3 yellows was almost a garuanteed faceplant.
