I wouldn't be suprised if they screwed up and it turns out to be the American Version.
Since thats all that ncsoft is doing these days, issue 14 wasnt even live for 3 days and I already regretted paying for a month again.

And why on earth cant I use my retail cd key with steam, im not gonna pay another 14.99 just to have the game on steam.

Although I agree that they should fix that Issue, id rather have them look into the dissapearing arcs issue instead.

My arc dissapeard about 3 days ago and its nowhere to be found, 5 hours of work down the drain.

Is the city of heroes edition offered on steam the us or eu version or is that depending on where the buyer is located?
I just know ncsoft will have screwed it up again and put the us edition on steam, I mean, they STILL havent fixed the eu giving us trial keys page either.

And also, is there any word on being able to register my eu cd key with steam ? (Im not going to pay 14.99 for something I already have).

I have to agree with the OP, the MA is not solo friendly.

Most custom groups in the MA have a lot of stun/toggle/holds etc, and for my characters without a countermeasure against that they basically get put out of comission (1 of the custom mobs just perma holds, the rest of them beats down on you).

And then theres the matter of EB's that have got an insane recovery rate, that puts my tanker (my main) out of comission because he just cant outdmg the boss.
Heck,I was on a solo mission arc yesterday and had the take down the end boss, who just kept running away and using mog, and I was on my peacebringer squid form and still couldn't outdmg his recovery.

The EU trial page has been giving out US trials for a while now.
I reported this months ago (read, 5+ months ago) as this was basically just putting even less new people on the eu servers (remember this was during the height of the European servers are to empty, we need a merge with the US servers arguement), I was told it would be looked into.

Appearntly it either didn't, or ncsoft just doesn't care.

Although I agree with the OP, I feel that people dont take into account the fact that Norcal is putting features in the place that serve the core gameplay.
They have given us a lot of things to do, so now they can advance the story again.
Remember that if they only released story missions then people would go trough the new content within a week and they would be screaming for more before the devs even have the issue launch bugs out.

Im confused about something, say I want to make a level 50 mission, but populate it with hellions.
Is there a way to put these mobs at level 50-53, instead of having the person who plays it exampler down to level 14?

Yeah ive started getting them since Issue 14 again.
I guess its just one of these things you will have take for granted with an Issue release.

I'd like to know how you know they did nothing, especially as they can't TELL you what they do. Corrective action can take many forms, starting with a warning, procedure to a short term ban, and possibly continuing to a full ban. How do you know he wasn't warned or temp banned?

2 of them I put on friends and 3 to 4 days after the gms took care of the situation according to my email they still ran around.
The third person, with who'm I later fixed things I actually had an discussion with this about and he said he never heard anything from the gms, not as much as an email with a warning.

I dont have the time to sit and wait for up to 3 hours ingame to see an invasion, there is a reason im playing coh and not some other mmorpg next to the fact that I love coh.
Coh is pretty casual, i cant play all day.

Ive yet to see an invasion.
Halloween has failed this year.
Really it has, for me at least.

You will get people trying to ruin others fun every event.
I had the same happen to me with an entire team, i was soloing on my peacebringer and this entire team of 50s runs up, click a door, and run.

Didn't bother reporting, gms probarly wouldnt do anything.

Give it a rest FFM, the developers are busy enough as it is.
They dont need reports from people about missions that arent breaking any rules.

If people want to make a OMGLOLFREAKSHOWMISSION then let them, if there is no racism, no sexuality and no otherwise indecent stuff in the map, then there is no reason to report it.

Just because a mission is to easy in your eyes does not make it a thumbs down.
A mission should be rated on more then its difficulty.

Reporting a mission because its setup for farming is a waste of time since farming, even though most people (including me) look down upon it, not against the rules.
So save yourself and the developers the trouble and refrain from reporting those.

CoV is featured on the american serie "Chuck" sometimes to, but its just the boxart.
Still, its nice to see your favourite game come along when your watching tv.
