The community on Virtue is more varied then Union and much larger so stuff like this ends up being cat herding.

That said however some people had had success doing them to some degree.

It may be worthwhile to try contacting some leaders of some of the groups with the idea individually.

    Gratz to the winners regardless.
You should still enter the upcoming contest in July. It won't be quite as easy as filling out a survey but it should be fun. We're working on organizing prizes now.

  8. There already kinda is a thread for this in the screenshots area:

Post your best costume designs here!

Methinks someone needs to update the Paragonwiki entry.

Noticing a lot of stuff there is out of date lately.

I based most of this off what I got from Robokitty, it hasn't really been modified very far from that.

But I had a feeling the buff lines in general need to be fixed/updated especially with the new incarnate buffs.

Given I am basically ignorant to incarnate powers anyone know what should be added? I only added clarion to the push call because someone mentioned it last Sunday.

I'll update 30 secs tonight though. The more you know.
  11. Less then 24 hours left to enter this contest!

So if you haven't done the survey yet and you're a user who wants to enter please do so!

With that in mind, we'll have another contest coming up in July that will require a bit more effort from the users, but we'll be offering more prizes, including artwork.

I actually don't think that map is available in AE. I could be wrong though i'm basing my guess off the Paragonwiki entry for unique maps.
  13. Azure Tracer
    Archetype: Scrapper
Primary Power: Katana (laser sword katana to be precise)
    Secondary Power: Regeneration

Everyone's favorite laser sword wielding, socialist hawt chick that kicks butt in booty shorts when she's not modeling. Actually no favorite is wrong, people really dislike her. But that's what happens when you're genetically engineered to be better then your ineffective and wasteful ancestor species. After all its not Azure's fault sapiens don't like to hear the truth.

  14. I moved and had to go from FIOS to Cox cable.

I miss my FIOS connection. It was not only dependable and reliable but I don't think we ever managed to max it out. I now actually have to use network shaping on my router to make it so one of us doesn't gank the internet while someone is gaming.

Stupid apartment complex with an agreement with Cox.

  16. Update: Added hot keys for a few key items so you just have to hit your menu bind and a letter to use that call. Much faster, thanks Arkyeon for the idea!

I've put together a popmenu for Hamidon Raid Leaders.

    Popmenu MNU File: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/24785461/hamidon.mnu

Download the file above and save it into:

    <COH_INSTALL_DIRECTORY>\data\texts\English\Menus \

You may need to create these folders.

Restart your client and you'll then want to add a bind to call the popmenu slash command.

    /bind tilde "popmenu Hamidon"

You can of course change tilde to whatever is most useful for you. If you want to modify the calls to request you can edit the hamidon.mnu file in any text file editor like notepad.

Contents of the MNU file if you have issues downloading:

    Code:
// This is a popup menu file created for use during Hamidon Raids!

    Menu Hamidon
    {
    	Title "Countdown"
Option "Start" "req All teams are ready. Countdown is starting. Gather up in the middle. Make friends and cuddle up."
Option "40 Secs"	"req 40 Seconds: Long term buffs. Stun/fear/end drain protection now."

Option "10 Secs"	"req 10 Seconds: Yellow Aggro Team (Brutes/Tanks) and Spikers (Melee) launch!"
Option "0 Secs" "req 0 Seconds: Assault, launch! Follow the blue targeter!"
    	Divider
    	Title "Takedown Bloom"

Option "&Blue Targeter"	"req Ranged follow me for Blues! Ranged attacks only. Keep your distance!"
Option "&Greens" "req Greens! FORM UP ON ME! Spam holds, speed boost on Trollers and Doms!"
    	Divider
    	Title "Hamidon"

Option "&Auras" "req Auras: regen, recovery, AM, etc. Long-term debuffs: Fallout, seeker drones, benumb."
Option "&Incoming Bloom"	"req INCOMING BLOOM! Yellow aggro team at your positions! EoEs!"
Option "&EoE for Push"	"req Be sure to pop a EoE and a Breakfree for the push through 25%! If available use clarion!"

I've gotten lots of great feedback and I'm in the process of addressing some of those items already. I'll try to post a list of questions people had here as well. One thing already added was the new Feature Article FAQs, and we've also started posting the reviews of pages that were nominated for Feature and whether they were approved or declined.

Get your page posted onto their contest page for consideration.
    Quoting myself... creepy.

Just a heads up guys, there is only a few hours left to enter the Palladium Sentry's VirtueVerse contest above, and a bit over two days to enter the VirtueVerse user survey contest!
  20. I also imagine there are only a few hours left now to enter your VirtueVerse page to win 1 billion influence!

The zone seems much more stable, absolutely no where near the lag that we were experiencing back in April. Running with a league or without. This past Wed raid stayed in a league, started with a few, gained a lot more without any notice of lag issues.
I've had a few pretty crazy weekends but I can be there for running Sunday Red Side Hami this weekend if there is interest.

But seriously guys, it sounds like arguing for the same of argument. I personally enjoy both teaming and soloing, sometimes due to my job and stress with life I just want to hop in and smash some guys on my own. Sometimes I have more time and I can hop into a team or group.

I would imagine that this is probably the most common mentality for people, a fairly healthy middle ground where they do certain things based on their mood and available gaming time. (No I have no citation for this I'm just making a guess)

That said, its part of why I haven't been doing incarnate content mostly, lack of time and I can't really do it on my own. So I can understand why people want to be able to solo.

But the marketing spin on the offering a solo path by running trial content is admittedly mind boggling.

Excusing the whole solo vs teaming argument, its like someone divided by zero.
  24. I sent this thread to him on twitter since I've seen his name lurking there through other people.
  25. Count me as someone not particularly happy about having to grind incarnate content to unlock new costume pieces, auras, costume change emotes and account rewards.

It smacks a bit to much of the elite stuff you get as drops in other games and the primary reason I don't play most other games.

And the nebulous "account rewards" mention worries me. The cosmetic stuff is one thing but this implies something else entirely.

Edit: The reason I'm not a fan of this sort of thing is that it makes me not want to level my lowbies. I don't like constantly having to do stuff on the same characters to unlock it. Vanguard merits at least drop during normal content play in the RWZ and you can get more then enough to get all of those costume items in a single MS raid.

Astral and Empyrean merits don't exactly flow like vanguard merits do.
