So yesterday I logged in, everything was fine. I had to log out real quick, log back in a few minutes later and everything (the buildings, cars, people, even me) were flashing. Disappear then reappear an instant later and it was causing horrible horrible lag and rubber banding. I'm not able to play the game at all and its pising me off. I notice it at the login screen theres a quick flash of black over and over.
