New epic fiery power for tankers and scrappers. this power would be a full fiery aura for heroes.

(this power would make the player turn into a full fiery hero like the lvl 38 electric brute power POWER SURGE!)

it would be great if for the fiery epic power pool for tankers and scrappers would have a full fiery aura like the lvl 38 power for elctrical brute "POWER SURGE".
