Origins -Mutation

Powersets - fire/elec blaster super speed

History - i just know I want his mutation to either him be born with it or happens mysteriously not much to work with I know.
Style - kind of like a prologue to comic if that makes sense?

The Kitchen Sink - but his identity is like he is a punk with black hair with blue streaks in it he wears a spike necklas black bondage pants and a black muscle shirt his eyes have no black in them just pure white. his build is athletic. I kinda of want him to be a troubled kid but not to troubled just say about the age of 16 or so his mother died and he had to move in with his father in which he does not like. he is about 18 and a senior in high school. his place of employment is a pizza joint. his station is where you cut the pizza. he is that fastest in the store his height being about 6 2 weighing in around 160 or so pure muscles
