You can get the Sweet Tooth badge in Cap Au Diable. But it requires using a hole in the terrain and having the ability to fly. You can use a rocket pack, or the pool powers to get to it.
Hopefully that badge will be moved in an upcoming patch and the big hole in the terrain fixed.

I've got almost the exact same badges, plus a few. And I've got all the contacts completely filled. He gets referred by Diviner Maros as an errand mission, but that doesn't unlock him.
So he's really giving you missions???

Yes he is giving me missions now, and another one of my friends started that contact on his own without me telling him.
I posted my list of badges so u can look to see and compare what i have and what you didn't have.
It may also depend on your level, not your badges.
EDIT: er i got the names mixed up i've been getting missions from diviner Maros. So far i've talked to Archmage Tarixus because diviner maros sends u to him, and the lvl 30 aura mission sends u to him. I haven't cleared the AV miss from diviner maros yet, so i'll let you know after i do that. -

Also a little side note to those of you doing the ghost if u are level 15 or under, after u stick 8+ ghost in one trap they will spawn elites bosses. Most of the ghost that pop out were level 15, same level as me at the time but one of the traps spat out level 10 ones. -
I just got him, after doing reading this post. I went around sharkhead isle via vidiotmaps.com talking to all the contacts and i was able to get him.
I'm a lvl 29 dm/ea brute.
I unlocked the sg badges here.

You should add +def debuff resistance also with the +resistance specail.
It always seems that when you get hit with SR, everything hits you at once, its not spread out evenly & thats why its 1 shots all the time. Bosses will hit your once & def debuff n then tap you n kill u.

Its been said b4 & the main trade off for burn is that to be an effective tank for a 8 player team a fire tank needs to take power pool powers that result in an endurance nightmare if we have to attack too often.
with 7 toggles running, 1.blazing aura, 2.fire shield, 3.plasma shield, 4.combat jumping, 5. tough, 6.weave, 7.acrobatics, +taunt, even w/ 6 slotted stamina & consume, endurance is still an issue in long battles not to mention kiling bosses. let alone a MOGed PP.
To be honest this change in burn it will not stop fire tankers from herding, but instead it will promote us to herd even more. why? B/c the best part of burn is that we were able to constantly use that power w/ all of the above toggles listed w/ consume + stamina, & not have to panic about running out of endurance.
B/c burn will no longer be effective, that means we need to get the most targets killed not by using burn but by other AOE attacks.
Sure maybe we won't herd as many but it all depends on what AOE powers we figure out work out the best w/ recharge rate/end cost/dmg dealth/radius. but being able to kill 20+ non boss targets in the time it takes to kill/end cost 1 boss is more effective & better xp.
This still has not solved the problem, the problem is that fire tanks lack in the defense/resistance department of their primary sets where they have to rely on atleast 2 power pool sets to make up for it.
i mean sure the other sets could also use cj, acrobatics, tough, weave, but not all of them take those in addition b/c their primaries are not lacking.
The solution unfortunetly is to make fire tanks more in tune w/ the other tank sets so that we are able to have more than 1-2 attacks 6 slotted w/o having to worry about our def/resistances lacking.
making burn having the same accuracies of other attacks won't solve the issue either b/c the power does damage per second.
so unless the power is changed from an attack completely & armor, & a fire tank is given knock back/immobile + resistance/def. so that we won't have to resort to the fighting pool, (so that we have more slots to use on attacks & won't waste slots on pre-req powers we don't even use.) -

I don't know where you have been but illusion/fire has already been looked over many times and we already have had a couple of changes. Pets, powers etc.
People want the other sets to be looked at, so they can be in par damage wise similar to illusion and fire after lvl 32, and more damage pre lvl 32.
Its the pre lvl 32 that people are concerened about with controllers, and how our role against AVs, and monsters.
Stop beating the dead horse about illusion/fire. -
the biggest problem i have with teleport, is the rubberbanding teleport bug. Where you teleport forward, but then it displays you where you just were previously.
Its ok if you ahve hover, since all you have to do is just move, (same thing as zone into the wrong spot bug). -
also for you lazy people out there like me, who don't want to bother with hex code, you can just type out a color you want.
red,blue, etc. But if the color you typed in turns out to be black and not what you wanted, then that text form of the color is not recongized. I don't know if it works with say like blue green, as a color. i'm too lazy to test.
