I definetly want to play the character before I intend to use the rename token, so I guess I'll hold off on buying it.

I'm too lazy to go to the test server to try it out.

If I buy a rename token for a character, I can "save it," right? I don't have to use it right away, do I?

I must be doing something wrong because no one ever reads my fortune on the fly. Heck if I want my fortune read on a team, I usually have to read someone else's first.

That was more like a specific act of kindness.

A random act of kindness would be something like him e-mailing me 999,999,999 inf.

My few gripes/disappointments:

3) The divots that are left when you make a minotaur head without horns.

2) The aforementioned fire breath coming out of a weird spot on the minotaur head.

and by far my number 1 disappointment:

1) The fact that we can't combine beast legs with skirts/kilts. I can even live with the fact that our animal heroes and villains can't wear hats, but not the skirts/kilts thing.

Lucasfilm has put out some pretty cool items of late, and one of my favorites is the Taun Taun Sleeping Bag with Lightsaber zipper pull:

My first character was a SS/Inv tank called the Crimson Timberwolf. I don't know how long he lasted, but it probably wasn't more than a week. I didn't understand tanks and he felt underpowered. 3+ years later, and I'm still not a fan of playing tanks.

Are there any regular red-side CoPs? I still need that badge for my red-side badger.

I'll add some some western-Pennsylvania-isms for your enjoyment:

Pop - we too called that sweet, fizzy liquid "pop" rather than soda.

Redd-up - that's what you do when you have company coming over and you don't want them to see what a slob you are - you redd-up the house.

Crick - that's those little streams we played in as kids. Fancy people called 'em "creeks."

Gumbands - yunz "creek" people call 'em rubber bands.

Yunz - that means you, and you, and you. Kinda like that weird Y'all thing southerners say.

Nebby-nose - someone who couldn't mind their own business, like they would drop in unexpectedly and then want to know why your house wasn't redd-up.

Jagoff - a jerk. A nebby-nose could become a jagoff by telling yunz I don't redd-up my house.

Slippy - the condition of an unsalted sidewalk in the winter.

Chipped ham, or chipchopped ham - ham that has been very thinly sliced.

Dippy eggs - sunny-side-up to you.

Hoagie - like a sub sandwich, only... well, no, it is a sub sandwich. Or a grinder, or a po'boy, or whatever else you call them.


I have weaned myself off using most of these, but typing out this list took me back to my childhood when we all said stuff like this and mispronounced words like worsh for wash, or kolbossy (which I still use) for kielbassa. And for that I direct my gratitude this Friday to War Witch for her reminder of a simpler, and yes, happier time of life.

Oh no! I am only first level. I have only one, weak offensive power, and I haven't learned how to teleport yet. Looks like I am trapped, and/or doomed.

I take off my cape (yay booster packs!), tie one end around the bars in the window, tie the other end around my neck, and hang myself. I struggled not to panic as the world goes black. Next thing I know, I wake up in the hospital, my trusty, dusty medi-porter having dones its job.

Head-to-Head is a hero who posseses the bodies of criminals and uses them to fight crime. If you have him in your prison, it's not really his body you have captured, so he will simply abandon the criminal's mind and leave the two of you to work it out.

*Guardian is awesome too, but Guardian is like a friendly neighborhood bar that you expect to be awesome. Virtue is like a huge nightclub where you expect to find a bunch of jerks, but it turns out everybody is still awesome.
