Okay, I played with the build a little more this time slotting DP for heals and Health to back up. I removed Acro and replaced with stealth. I also removed several of the sets and replaced with purples and LOTG recharges. Please take a look and critique.

I was under the impression that when Issue 16 was released that the ability to re-choose Power sets would be available. Is this true and if so how do I do it?
