I actually ended up using msconfig to disable avg, and steam, than rebooted. After this I was able to install the game with no problem on the first try.

It must have been avg causing a conflict is what I figure. I guess disabling it through the main program was not enough.

I have tried 10 times now to get this game installed. The launcher downloads files, but when it tries to install them I get crc errors. The errors are always on the same 3 files, fonts.pigg, bin.pgg, and stage1.pigg.

Is there a place I can just download the full client? I can't believe they don't have a working installer for this. How do they expect to earn money when the game won't even install?

Deleting and reinstalling does not help. It always fails with the same error on the same 3 files.

Edit - Yes I have tried disabling my antivirus software during the download and install process and still get the same error on the same three files.
