i took my widow blueside at level 20, i'm now at 45 if i run tips and go back to redside can i pick up villian patron pools or am i SOL ? sorry to be redundant but wasn't sure about the unlocking part.

Are these AV runs done on Invin ? what's the standard ? is there a standard other than no insp's ?

Is this IO better slotted in a toggle like High Pain Tolerance or in a power like Health.
